The house is located in Puig-Surís, 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 15 km. from Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, 35 km. from the magnificent Costa Brava beaches, 25 km. from the Girona International Airport and 115 km. from Barcelona city.
The house has got a capacity from 6 up to 14 people. It's a spacious house with 5 bedrooms (one is adapted for handicapped people), three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster...), a large living room - dining room with TV, TV satellite, DVD, radio-CD, air conditioning, fireplace, internet access, etc.
Outside there is a big garden of 1.000m2 with swings and a slide for children, a tennis table, a climbing wall for children, a basketball hoop, a little house for children, garden furniture, a garage for your cars, a large wooden covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, an enormous private swimming-pool of 10x5m with saline treatment.

Beautiful house with everything a family needs
The house is in a lovely location with lots of stunning views and plenty of walks into the mountains.
It has something for everyone in the family from little ones to teens and adults. The rooms are all an amazing size and outdoor area is great. Great communication throughout and lots of tips and recommendations too.

Desconexión total!
El mes de septiembre pasado alquilamos El Solei y la verdad es que fue un feliz fin de semana. La familia muy amena y amable, un lugar maravilloso.
Este fin de semana para los niños será inoblidable y para los mayores también.
