Self catering Can Teixidor for 10 people

Can Teixidor is a country house located in the outskirts of Navata, a quiet and charming village located in the Alt Empordà. Guests can enjoy the calm and nature without leaving the city much and feeling at home.

The house has two floors. The ground floor consists of a garage with capacity for 2 cars, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a small rest room.
The upper floor is distributed among the 5 rooms, decorated with style and parquet flooring, a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with dutxa, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a terrace that includes the kitchen, the dining room and 3 bedrooms.

The whole house has been recently renovated and prepared so that guests enjoy a pleasant stay. It is wide and very bright.

Around the house there is a large garden with trees and flowers, barbecue area, garden furniture, sandpit for the little ones, swimming pool and solarium area.

Next to the garden we find a small garden cultivated all year round by the properties where the guests, if they wish, can help, learn and taste the fresh fruits and vegetables that are collected.

It has a large area with parking for 7-8 cars.

Excellent stay

We stayed in this very nice holiday villa during the summer of 2021 with our family of 5. It was very clean, spacious and well maintained. A very big garden, nice pool and a big garage underneath the house with toys and bikes. The house is situated right outside quiet Navata which has a small supermarket and close to Figueres (a 15min drive will take you into the city center). We have enjoyed our stay very much and certainly consider to come back in the future!

Très jolie location, conforme à l'annonce. Très propre et fonctionnelle. Maison spacieuse pour 10 personnes. Les propriétaires très accueillants et de bons conseils. Les petits plus : draps et serviettes fournis, avec changement en milieu de séjour. La magnifique piscine, entretenue par les propriétaires plusieurs fois durant le séjour mais en toute discrétion. L'accès au jardin afin de déguster de bons légumes. Espaces de jeux pour les enfants. Vélos à disposition afin de se promener dans le joli village de Navata. Parking dans la cour fermée. Très bon séjour. Des propriétaires vraiment très accueillant et en même temps très discret.

Magnifique maison et très beau cadre. La piscine est vraiment top et il y a un jardin à notre disposition. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très discret quand il s'agit de l'entretient de la piscine ou du jardin. Petit village top et disposant de petit commerce avec tous ce qu'il vous faut. Je recommande vraiment cette maison. 👍

perfecto para conocer la comarca

Hemos pasado una semana en Can Teixidor y por su situacion hemos podido hacer de excursiones a la costa Brava, Andorra, Girona, Besalu, Figuerrres y la comarca de la Garrotxa. Ademas de disfrutar ratos de descanso en una casa magnifica en cuanto a instalaciones y servicios.
