Cottage (full rental) Caserio Otalora for 15 people

Restored 18th century farmhouse. Very strict and respectful restoration criteria have been maintained with the time of the hamlet. It has a large garden with private parking and pool. The house has central heating, fireplace and wood stoves. All units are taken care of in the utmost detail to offer maximum comfort to our guests.
The house is ready for 15 +1 people.

HOUSE'S RULES:
-The time to enter the day of arrival is from 3:00 p.m. and the departure time on the last day, may not be later than 12:00 h.
-Do not park in front of the entrance door or passage area of the neighbor. Do it exclusively in the private parking of the Caserío.
-Respect the rest schedules, as far as noise is concerned (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.)
-It is forbidden to smoke inside the house.
-It is prohibited to enter inside or outside the house to more people than agreed.
-The garbage must be deposited in the containers that you will find in the neighborhood.
-Pets cannot access inside the house and must have them contracted at all times. (Pet accommodation is not always authorized, it being necessary to consult with the property).
-The property will be returned in the same state in which it was delivered, as far as cleaning, crockery and furniture is concerned. Including the barbecue area, pool and its exteriors.
-Do not reprogram televisions.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in the retention of the deposit to cover with possible extra expenses that may result.
