Spacious Cabin with Pool Table, Hot Tub, Large Deck + Indoor Resort Pool Access
With five bedrooms, four of which boast a king-size bed, Hawks Point Lodge is perfect for several couples or families who want to be just minutes from Dollywood and the other attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. And if you love to swim, you’ll especially appreciate its location! The cabin is located in the Hidden Springs Resort, so you’ll have free access to the resort’s indoor heated pool year-round.
The spacious great room makes up most of the main floor of the two-story log home. Even when the whole gang is gathered together here, you won’t feel crowded. That’s thanks in part to the towering cathedral ceiling and the double-height wall of windows. As well as looking out onto lush woodlands, the windows let in plenty of sunshine, all the better to highlight the lustrous wood-planked walls, floor and ceiling. Once you ease back into the plush seating, you may never want to get back up, that’s how comfortable it is! Fortunately, there’s a 55-inch TV with satellite channels and a DVD player to keep you entertained, along with a stone-surround electric fireplace to add to the cozy ambiance.
Hawks Point Lodge’s great room also has a pub-style table with three chairs, so you can play cards while you relax. Even better, there’s a regulation-size pool table. At night you won’t have to head to town in search of entertainment, there’s plenty to do right here.
The handsome dining table seats eight, and there’s room for four more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, cookware and tableware, and the open layout makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids or even take your turn at the pool table while you work your culinary magic. In addition, Hawks Point Lodge has an outdoor charcoal grill. The fresh Smoky Mountain air makes everything taste better!
The primary suite is on the main floor as well. A sanctuary in and of itself, the bedroom includes a king-size bed and a soothing jetted tub. No matter how weary you are after a day of hiking, golfing or keeping up with the kids at Dollywood, a soak among the steamy bubbles will leave you relaxed and refreshed. Another bonus is the private bathroom. And like all the other bedrooms, this one has a 27-inch TV and rustic wood-planked walls and floors.
The other four bedrooms and two bathrooms make up the second floor. One bedroom has a queen-size bed while the others feature king-size beds. In addition, the great room’s sofa opens into a bed for two, enabling Hawks Point Lodge to sleep 10 people in all.
You’ll no doubt spend much of your time on the covered deck, which spans the width of Hawks Point Lodge. The wooden rockers let you kick back to enjoy the crisp breeze rustling through the trees. During the day you can listen to the singing of wrens and warblers. At night, the hooting of owls might punctuate the trilling of whip-poor-wills.
Other amenities of Hawks Point Lodge include a convenient half-bath on the main floor and a private washer and dryer. And of course, there’s the convenient location. You can drive to Dollywood in less than 10 minutes. Even closer is Parrot Mountain and Gardens. You could walk there if you’re so inclined. In less than 15 minutes you can drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, home to the Titanic Museum, WonderWorks educational amusement park, the Tanger Outlet Mall, dinner theaters, go-kart tracks and more. And just a half-hour away is downtown Gatlinburg, where you can explore the Guinness World Records Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and more.
There’s so much fun to be had when you stay at Hawks Point Lodge—but don’t take our word for it. Book your stay today and see for yourself!
Please Note: The 2026 Annual Pool Closure will begin on January 7, 2026. Maintenance will be done during the months of January and February. Pool will reopen in early March 2026.*

Great location with easy access to Dollywood and town but far enough away that you felt like you were out in the mountains. Would stay here again during our next trip to TN.
The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 8! Close to enveything but far enough away from everying! The kitchen could use a few more things and the bathrooms and pool table could use some updating but overall an awesome trip!
The house was perfect for what we needed! My son, his wife and one year old stayed the the suite first level and was perfect! Would be nice if there were curtains on the windows or blinds that actually fit the window. Had to put blankets over the windows. Upstairs was great for our family with the one bathroom between the two rooms.
I have stayed at Hidden Springs in four different cabins. This cabin was definitely the cleanest.
I love the location. But the neighborhood needs a lot of maintenance/upgrades. Swimming pool heater broke again. Pot holes throughout the property.
Overall the cabin was great.

It was nasty! There were live & dead insects, dirt in the floors, spider webs everywhere, dirty sinks & tubs, & nasty commodes. We had to stay in a hotel the first night while they attempted to clean it. We reluctantly stayed the other 6 nights but it was still dirty. The washing machine and ice maker didn't work. There was no porch furniture on the upper deck where the empty hot tub was & only 4 chairs on the lower deck. There's just 1 sofa & love seat, not near enough seating for a 5 bedroom cabin. The mattresses & furniture were worn out and uncomfortable. Hidden Springs Resort advertises luxury cabins but this one was far from it. Besides the filth it was run down. The supposed heated indoor pool was only 79. I will say that the management company tried to help. They had someone give it a quick cleaning & paid for a hotel room the first night. They also had someone attempt to repair the appliances.

Disappointed
Jacuzzi did not work, wasn't even filled up when we got there so management knew it wasn't working and listed it in the listing. My kids were so upset. Then all they tried to give me was a 10% discount on a future stay.

worn out
While we enjoyed Pigeon Forge our stay was just ok. All of the faucets in the bathrooms, both sinks and tubs dripped and couldn't be turned off. There was not a recliner in the living room. There were no window treatments, broken blinds but no curtains as pictured. The beds were loudly squeaky that my spouse and I didn't get much sleep. We didn't use the hot tub on the upper porch but it seemed to be leaking, onto the lower porch. I hope this helps you repair the facility soon. It has the potential to be a very nice place.
The location was perfect for us. Felt tucked away and private, but still very close to all places we needed to be. We were there for a baseball tournament, and made it into a family vacation. The cabin has a lot of space for a large family (6 of us). I didn't notice until we got there that there is no wi-fi provided. Guess I never thought to look for that, just expected all place to have wi-fi in 2023. Also, the TV didn't work. Was an issue with Dish network, they came out and fixed it the day before we left. We were notified a month before our stay that the hot tub wasn't working. Thought it might be fixed prior to us getting there but it wasn't. Though the cabin is beautiful and in a great location, these few issues made our stay a little less than perfect.

We actually really liked the property, parking, and space of the cabin, however, the furniture was horrible. The loveseat was broken and so was the recliner. You could feel every spring on the couch. There were blinds missing from several of the rooms, and the room I stayed in, the blind fell on mine and my husbands face cutting his forehead the first night. Only 2 TV's worked in the house and the cable did not work half the time. We did not go to watch TV, but the kids missed their cartoons.
I did see where some people had carved into the beautiful wood and that was disappointing, we all tried to understand why the furniture wasn't replaced as most people do not respect others property. We would still stay in this resort as it was very nice. The cabin just needs some minor fixing up :)

Thank you Ieshsa for staying with us and for taking the time to share. Your input, as well as all our guest feedback is vitally important as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. We appreciate your comments and will do an full assessment of the property and the furniture and take care of all issues found. We are sincerely sorry that the blinds fell on you during the stay. We wish you would have let us know about this during your stay so we could have sent someone from our 24/7 on call service department to fix them for you as well as make sure the cable was working as well. Again, thank you for sharing. We hope you will stay with us again, giving us the opportunity to exceed expectations.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. First off they won't let you check in early not even an hour, second after checking in the hot tub wasn't working. Called and they said they was gonna try and fix it but no one never came out to fix it. And I was never notified that it was broken cause I would have definitely chosen somewhere else to stay. The location wasn't bad but the parking wasn't good. Also it says 5 bedroom 4 bath but 2 rooms share a bathroom and 2 rooms share a hallway bathroom. Very misleading. I was not satisfied with this rental and will never rent from them again!!!!
On arrival, the door wouldn't unlock and customer service couldn't help over the phone. After shaking the door we managed to get it open but it didn't work again. Later we realized the Wi-Fi was unplugged so the lock couldn't receive the new code.
The window blinds were mostly damaged and the pool table was disgusting with torn felt which gave the impression that no one cared.
In the master bedroom, I knocked my personal Wi-Fi off the nightstand and when I looked to retrieve it I noticed it was one inch from falling into a floor vent, that had no grill, where it could have fallen into the ductwork under the cabin. Also, the TVs in all bedrooms did not function.
The location is convenient, has good parking, easy access with only three steps, all appliances worked and the washer and dryer were used daily.
It was alittle dated , there was a strong sewage smell in the master bedroom and throughout the house. There was plenty of space for everyone . It is a good location to Dollywood and pigeon forge .
We had a wonderful stay at Hawk's Point Cabin, it was clean and spacious. The staff were very prompt in handling any issues we had. I would recommend this company for your vacation stay.
The pictures of this property don't do it justice. The rooms and the space in general are pretty big. There are no roaches haha and the hot tub works just fine! I wish the communication with the host was better. I would definitely stay again
We love the property though amenities in the kitchen the pool table the hot tub everything was great. Able to watch TV sit out on the porch etc. was a great way for extended family to spend time together.
There are roaches in this cabin. Nothing was clean. The couches smell, the fake fire place didn't work, the hot tub took 5 hours to heat up, andthere was blood stains on pillow cases upstairs. This place is supposed to accommodate 10 people, but it only has seating in the front room for 5. This 0lace needs a major cleaning, and updating.
Cabin is as described and beautiful. Could use some TLC. Water stains on ceiling in bedroom iron did not work. The vent cover in the dining room is filthy and the windows on the upper deck need a good cleaning. The pool was not heated and to cold to swim in and you are unable to turn on hot tub jets without kicking a breaker. It would be nice to have an extra trash bag. Also the rockers on the deck need repairs.. The legs are loose as are the nails in the seat.
Ripped shorts on nail
Cabin had mold in bathrooms. TV was not working because owner had not paid bill. AC was leaking all over the floor In kitchen. Roaches in kitchen area. Sewage was coming out man hole and running down mountain after everyone took showers. Will never stay here again.
It was a great spot for a quick getaway from the crazy busy lives we lead. Our group of 7 friends had an absolute blast. We hung out at the cabin and played pool and music and made meals and snacks but we were also close enough to Pigeon Forge to go out for the day and not have a long drive back. Our trip was too short. Next time we will book a longer stay!!
