The first-floor suite leads to the outdoor entertaining venue that features brick pavers, a pergola, an outdoor shower, a gas BBQ grill, and high-end outdoor furnishings to enjoy warm summer nights or balmy fall days at the beach. This home is nestled in a quiet, calm community just off Front Beach Road and steps to Beach Access #66 so no driving is necessary to get to the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Wonderful Home- 1 block away from white sand beach!

Pristine property that has been decorated with an eye towards detail and maximum comfort. There are 3 main bedrooms, plus an additional room with a daybed for those times when one desires some privacy away from the group. The easy beach access was a highlight for us, as was access to many state parks close by. It was the perfect getaway this winter to soak up the sun—thanks so much.

Thanksgiving away from home

Wife and daughter were working out of town for the holiday so I loaded up the son-in-law and picked up this place for a few days. It was a perfect place to have a home away from home. This place worked out well for Thanksgiving and the football games. It's been awhile but I do recall it being a short, pleasant walk from the beach as well.

Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a short 5 min walk to the beach we enjoyed sitting on the balcony early morning and evenings watching the palm trees and hearing the sounds of the ocean. The management team was fantastic and communicated with us throughout from booking up to our arrival. This property has everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was mostly well kept. There were several dishes and pots that were not washed. The counter had crumbs on the place settings/dishes. A few live bugs (cockroach and possibly a tic, a few large ants) but management addressed the issue. One of the ac’s stopped blowing cool air but again, management sent out repair men and replaced an old breaker.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I stayed with our 2 adult children and spouses and 5 grand children ages 1 - 7. Each family had there own bedroom with full bath and the kids had there own bunk room. It was an easy 2 - 3 block walk to the beach. Had a minor leak on one of the toilets that was remedied within 30 minutes after reporting it.very nice house but lots of stairs as should be expected on a 3 story house. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all 10 of us. Only a five minute walk to the beach. Lots of stairs go eat ice cream down the road and you will walk it off on the stairs. The outside shower was a life saver coming back from the beach with little ones.. there is a wagon and plenty of beach chairs to use. We had a great family vacation.

This rental is huge. Plenty of beds, stocked with everything that you might need and close to everything. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

The location is excellent-very short walk to the beach and easily accessible to Pier Park and other activities. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. There is a ton of beach extras (chairs, wagon, etc.) that we were very pleased to see. Great setup for a family with teenagers-our boys loved having their own "space". Don't pass this one up-one of the best homes we've stayed in (and we have about 15 years on the Emerald Coast!).

Slice of FL Heaven!

Amazing house and location. My kids (of all ages) enjoyed nightly walks to the rolled ice cream shop 1 block away. The beach access was easily accessible and close enough for spontaneous trips here and there when we could squeeze in a couple hours for downtime. I appreciated the availability of the host and their prompt attention to my concerns. Overall 5 stars!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our beach trip! It’s in a great location, close to Pier Park, the beach and many other fun places. We were here during 4th of July week and had the best view of fireworks and had a very nice cookout to celebrate the holiday. Recommended booking this house for any occasion!

Loved this place!

Wonderful location and room enough for our family of 8 to spread out and have our own space. The stairs got us the first few days but we got used to them. Our only complaint would be that with the kitchen on the 3rd floor, it was a struggle to get our groceries up to the top. Lesson for next time…..don’t buy a week’s worth of groceries - just go with a few days at a time 😁.

PCB Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful. The unique lay out allows for both areas to gather and have personal space. Close to the beach in a safe and secure area ~ yet close to everything. The only thing ~ downstairs room really cut off from rest of the house. (in process of adding a much needed bathroom on lower level). We were counting on the pull outs within the ottomans' in the second floor bedrooms and the lower level bedroom. The mattresses were very thin (less than an inch). We were unable to use. For a large beautiful home with easy access to a great part of PCB beach ~ I feel bad mentioning anything negative at all! Would definitely enjoy a repeat of the whole experience! Thank you!

Nice Place

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of amenities. We stayed for 1 week at the tail end of March & enjoyed our stay. There are 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Be prepared to hike up & down 2 flights of stairs to the main living, master suite & kitchen. Would recommend to others.
