The house has on the ground floor a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a living room with sofa bed and kitchen and upstairs two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with sofa bed .

Located in the heart of the town and with a playground at 150 m and sports courts 200 m.
Municipal swimming pool with garden and restaurant just 2 km.
