CASA ALDEA TRAS DO RIO

CASA ALDEA TRAS DO RÍO is located in the village of Tras Do Río de Alban, in the City Hall of Coles. It is 15 km from the center of Ourense and 15 km from the Outariz thermal baths. At 39km you have the pier of San Estevo.

The house is divided internally into three independent rooms, which can be rented according to the needs of the group. All rooms open onto a backyard through which they join. All have kitchen and dining room individualized per stay. All have heating, wifi and smart tv.

Casa Aldea I is a 120M2 room with a large private patio where the barbecue is located. It has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. From one of the rooms on the second floor you can access the terrace and the granary. It is an ideal place to enjoy family gatherings or meetings of friends.

Casa Aldea II and Casa Aldea III are two spacious rooms of 80m2 each. They are designed for small groups of 6 (House II) and 4 (House III) people who want to spend a few days surrounded by tranquility and enjoy their time in nature. They are rooms for groups that value comfort and convenience above the price at the expense of increasing the seats per stay. Its furniture and decoration are modern and luxurious, just like its modern kitchen equipped with every comfort.
Both together give us the possibility to host groups of 10 people, since it is possible to join them on the second floor by opening the access that exists between them. We thus obtained a 160M2 stay with 5 double rooms and 5 bathrooms. The services are also doubled, since there would also be two kitchens and two living-dining rooms so comfort and comfort would remain intact.
