Casa rural Els Matalapers - Entire rental - 6 units
Rural house located in Sant Jordi, a very quiet village of Baix Maestrat, with seven hundred and fifty inhabitants and with an old town in the upper part of the town where highlights, the Church of Sant Jaume with its bell tower.
House "Els Matalapers" is completely renovated (year 2008), has ground floor and two floors.
On the ground floor we will find living room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave etc ...), and a toilet.
On the first floor there is a room with views of the street of the sun, a bathroom and another room with a bunk that overlooks a small interior patio.
Going up to the second floor we find a room with integrated bathroom and terrace.
The house has Heating and Air Conditioning.
House "Els Matalapers" is completely renovated (year 2008), has ground floor and two floors.
