Modern duplex house overlooking communal pool and gardens at Golf Panoramica.
*Our house is located on a modern golf and country club development, known as “Golf Panoramica”.
*It offers an ideal location for a family holiday in the peaceful Spanish countryside among orange and olive tree groves and with easy access to smaller Med. beach resorts and to all their amenities.
*It is less than fifteen minutes drive from the typically Spanish seaside resort of Vinaros, with the larger towns/resorts of Benicarlo and Peniscola within 20-30 minutes’ drive.
*The house is finished in a modern style, with accommodation on two floors, and air conditioning throughout (hot and cold).
*It is well-appointed and equipped throughout, with outdoor furniture for the large sun terrace/patio.
*The large sun terrace with extending sun canopy overlooks the landscaped garden area and communal swimming pool facilities of the three San Jordi properties toward the 16th tee of the golf course, and is ideal for eating out at night.
* Whilst a car is essential for getting out and about, our house has its own dedicated parking bay immediately outside the front door of the property, under a large shaded canopy roof.

This two-bedroom south-facing house is complete with a fully-fitted kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area, and comfortable bedrooms with baby facilities available on request.
The house is complete with large living room/dining area looking out toward the golf course/pool and gardens, has a fully-fitted kitchen [with full cooker, dishwasher, ample worktops in marble with beech-effect cabinets] and galleria area off this [with washing machine, drying facilities, ironing board and iron], large-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player, and wifi internet.
The south-facing first-floor bedrooms each have doors that open out onto the balcony that overlooks the golf course, pool and gardens.
There is a good-sized family bathroom on the first-floor, with the benefit of a further downstairs cloakroom.
Our English keyholder lives nearby and looks after the house; she will have prepared the house for your arrival, will meet/greet you on arrival with the keys, and is available to support you during your stay.
Note: on arrival, you will need to settle directly with our keyholder at €80 for her services and the final laundry.

The house is ideally located for a relaxing family holiday set in the Spanish countryside , slightly away from the centre of a main resort but with easy access to all amenities.
There are a small number of cafes/bars/restaurants on site, with a small mini-supermarket within 10 mins. walking distance across the golf course; similarly, it is just 10 minutes' walk to the clubhouse of the golf course, with its restaurant and bar facilities [open for non-golfers too].
There is a large sports and activities complex [also with cafes/bars/restaurant] within 10 minutes' walk toward the Spanish "pueblo" on site, with mini-golf, sports pitches and the like. And there is a weekly fresh produce market [held on Saturdays] within a 5-minute stroll from the house, near to the entrance to the club complex.
Banks, restaurants and bars, and choice of large supermarkets are at the nearby resorts of Vinaros and Benicarlo [15 mins by car], and further afield [within 30 minutes] to the large resort of Peniscola with its historic castle and old-town, weekly market [on Mondays], expansive beaches, promenades, and fishing harbour.

This particular property is on the Golf Panoramica Golf and Country Club near Vinaros, with uninterrupted views over the golf course (opposite the 16th tee) and vistas toward the rugged mountains inland, and out to the sea.
It is set amidst the typical Spanish countryside of the Valencia region, with olive groves and orange trees all around, and is within a few minutes drive of a choice of lovely Mediterranean sandy beaches and fishing resorts.
It therefore offers a peaceful countryside setting, but with ease of access to many places of historic interest such as Peniscola by the coast and Moraira in the mountains.
The house is also well located for flights into local airports (Reus, Valencia, as well as Barcelona) and access to the main coastal AP7 motorway.

It is therefore ideal for both families with children and for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of the championship golf course (designed in 1995 by Bernhard Langer) - both are literally on your doorstep.
Because of its location, then you are equally able to eat out at lovely seafood restaurants along the coast, or to enjoy country fare in restaurants at villages and towns set into the rugged mountains inland.
