Great location

Great location right next to beach with the added bonus of a pool. Pictures are a little misleading as the property was not quite as ‘new’ as photos suggest and there were issues such as a large broken tile in the main bedroom. Kitchen not very well equipped and shower could do with a refresh. Checkin and out was a little difficult as it relied on meeting another person to hand over keys despite having a key safe by the door

Alles soweit in Ordnung, nette Wohnung, eigener Parkplatz, Nahezu direkt am Strand und ein bisschen abseits vom Zentrum (finde ich gut)

Emplacement idéal pour la plage

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement , très propre et fonctionnel . La résidence est petite par rapport aux autres de Peniscola ce qui est mieux . Les + : Bel appartement moderne Très bien équipé Accès plage surveillé et propre idéal Proximité avec un supermarché à pied Les - : Très bruyant en août à cause de la proximité des voisins en haut sur les côtes et en bas Route circulante très bruyante Vis à vis important avec les voisins Piscine beucoup trop petite pour le nombre de résidents Dans l'ensemble c était un très bon séjour .

Nice apartment directly at the beach

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It has everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the small pools. Maybe the bathroom/shower could need a renovation. Should we come back to Peniscola we will definately consider this apartment again.

Appartement propre, bien situé. Attention car il est annoncé 2 salles de bains, il n'y en a qu'une, la seconde est un wc avec lave mains, nous louons depuis 7 ans à Péniscola, et il y avait bien 2 salles d'eau avec 2 douches dans tous les appartements ainsi que 2 wc. Une critique concernant l'équipement cuisine, pas de couteaux à steaks, pas de manique pour sortir les plats du four, pas d'économe pour éplucher légumes, pas de cocotte minute, 1 seule casserole, pas de grand saladier ( réclamé au propriétaire) et qui m'en a amené un...

Soleil et pieds dans l'eau

Tout était parfait, la propreté de l'appartement à notre arrivée, la gentillesse et le bon accueil de la dame qui nous a remis les clés, la proximité de la plage comme décrit, l'entrée fleurie de la résidence intimiste et la douceur du soleil couchant sur la terrasse. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Un seul petit bémol, le manque de matériel en cuisine pour préparer nos repas .

Top Lage für Rennradtouren...

Alles war perfekt....nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir Pech. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und das bergige Hinterland ist ideal für Rennradtouren. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wunderschöne Tage in Peniscola

Schöne, helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Für uns war es ideal mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Wir haben die seiitliche Meersicht genossen und die Sonne auf dem Balkon bis zu ihrem Untergang.

Perfekt von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen, von Restaurantempfehlung bis zu Fahrradverleih. Gute Lage in kleiner Wohneinheit mit Zugang zur Strandpromenade. Moderne und funktionelle Einrichtung. Empfehlung ohne Einschränkung.

Comme sur l'annonce, l'appartement était impeccable, lumineux tout blanc, moderne et surtout très bien équipé sa belle terrasse avec une belle vue mer et sa plage. Il ne nous manquait rien. Appartement très bien situé, tout commerces à proximité pour ne pas prendre sa voiture, nous avions nos vélos. Le centre de peniscola est à 1/2h à pieds. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci

Es la tercera vez que vengimos a este apartamento .En cuanto entras ves lo limpio que está (gracias Bianca),es acogedor todo nuevo ,muchicima luz.Estas a pie de playa ,todos los servicios al lado. Inmejorable

Desde el minuto uno se nota la atención y mimo del propietario hacia el cliente. Nos habían puesto un ratito antes el aire acondicionado para que encontráramos el apartamento fresquito y una botella de agua de la nevera. La limpieza impecable (muchas gracias Bianca por tu gran profesionalidad y tu amable atención). Ésto es más importante que nunca, dada la complicada situación que se está viviendo. De hecho incluso nos dejaron en la entrada gel hidroalcohólico y desinfectante para superficies. Tanto en el alojamiento como en los alrededores de sentía uno seguro. Absolutamente todo el mundo en la zona respeta la obligatoriedad del uso de mascarilla. De nuestros anfitriones lo único que puedo decir es que han sido atentos y encantadores en todo momento. Tuve una consulta que hacer y rápidamente me respondieron. Una persiana no bajaba bien y quisieron solventarlo lo antes posible. Destacar su gran amabilidad. Hacen que el huésped se sienta como en casa y se desviven por tu bienestar y comodidad. La playa, a solo un paso del apartamento, es muy amplia y se respetan las distancias perfectamente, aún en plena temporada alta, que es cuando estuvimos. Hay cerca (para ir dando un paseo, sin necesidad de coger coche), tiendas, restaurantes, farmacia, estanco... Eso sí, si alguien se decanta por ir en coche a algún punto del pueblo que lleve monedas. Hay parquímetros por todos lados y controladores continuamente pasando. En definitiva, que hemos venido encantados. Para nosotros es ya un referente al que volver en cuanto tengamos ocasión.
