Hola Damián, agradezco tu comentario y me disculpo por haber tenido un atasco en la ducha, hemos resuelto el mismo rápidamente, el olor que sentiste no es del apartamento, los vientos en Peñiscola producen eso en toda la comunidad por su red cloacal, es muy esporádico lamento que te haya tocado.

Todo estupendo. Amplio,cómodo,nuevo,con menaje suficiente y unas vistas estupendas.Solo a mejorar un par de detalles:las camas no estaban hechas (no tiene importancia,pero llegas de vacaciones y da pereza hacer la cama) y la nevera estaba apagada,por lo que si llevas cosas frías tarda en enfriar.La ducha y el lavabo de uno de los baños son pequeños y salpica el agua,pero se pasa la fregona y ya está.Hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca. La playa está cruzando el paseo marítimo y está muy bien. Y la piscina,aunque es pequeñita,muy cuidada.Lo mejor,la terraza.Aunque no tiene toldo,las vistas al mar son una maravilla.

Ein Ausblick von der Terrasse fast wie in der Karibik

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist super. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich betreut. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist genial. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelgen, der Strand ist wunderbar. Das Abstellen des Kfz in der Anlage hat prima geklappt. Durch die Fußgängerpromenade wird man morgens zum Sport animiert. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Agréable appartement idéalement situé

Appartement très agréable et confortable, idéalement situé face à la mer. Aucun passage de voiture. Bien aménagé et decoré, face à la mer dans une résidence très bien entretenue avec deux piscines. Nous sommes déjà venus dans cette résidence et nous reviendrons probablement dans cet appartement. L hôte est accueillant et à l écoute.

Top Ferienwohnung in gepflegter, kleiner Anlage

Ruhiges Refugium in der Nebensaison. Vom Balkon kann man den Sonnenaufgang genießen und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Direkt vor der Tür fährt auch kein Auto und man ist in 1 Minute am Wasser. Nespresso Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Toaster sind vorhanden. Spül und Waschmaschine ebenso. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe séjour

Petite copropriété très bien entretenue sur la plage et très calme. Une piscine juste en bas de la résidence. L’appartement climatisé se situe au 2eme et dernier étage avec une vue splendide sur la plage , les palmiers et la mer. Séjour parfait. Le propriétaire et le personnel sur place sont adorables. Nous reviendrons merci encore pour ces belles vacances en famille.

Apartamento muy completo y en una zona estupenda

Hemos estado una semana en junio de 2019 y el apartamento está muy bien, para nosotros, la mejor zona de Peñíscola, puesto que si te acercas al pueblo hay mucha gente y a nosotros nos gusta estar tranquilos. En la zona tenemos supermercados, restaurantes, bares, etc. Y la playa, la arena no es tan fina como la más cercana al pueblo, pero lo compensa porque la zona es más tranquila. Totalmente recomendable. Ah, y tuvimos un problemas con las sábanas, que eran muy justas para la cama, se nos salían, pero lo comunicamos y enseguida nos las cambiaron, lo comento por la rápida atención que tuvimos.
