It is a quiet apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.

The urbanization is attached to the sea, also is a quiet urbanization. It has a swimming pool with area for children and is also located on the first line with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the pool area you can access a small gravel cove. It is located only 1,800 km from the center of the town of Peñíscola. It also has a bus line every hour with which to move to the center in just 10 minutes, without having to take the car.

Located at the gates of the Natural Park of the Sierra de Irta, it is an ideal place for nature lovers, where you can enjoy pleasant walks and practice outdoor sports such as fishing, diving, cycling, hiking, etc. . You can also enjoy the small gravel coves located in the surroundings of the urbanization or, if you prefer, a wonderful day at the beach in the natural sand coves located not far away. It is the beach of Pebret and the beach of the Russian, located in the heart of the Sierra de Irta, the only coastal area free of buildings from France to Andalusia.

The population of Peñíscola is a beautiful city whose old town is located in a small rock, besides being crowned by the imposing castle of Papa Luna. Nice place to stay in Peniscola

Appartement simple mais fonctionnel.Dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Bord de mer et piscine en saison. Départ chemin de randonnée dans parc naturel à proximité. Peniscola est un très bel endroit avec beaucoup de charme pour se poser entre Valence et Barcelone. Jaime est à l'écoute et disponible si besoin. On recommande vivement !Ba4Barcelone

Enigzins teleurstellende lokatie

Een nette, maar iets gedateerde woning op de 3e verdieping zonder lift. Als dit duidelijk(er) was geweest hadden wij niet voor deze woning gekozen. Daarnaast is de afstand naar het centrum (2km) niet te voet af te leggen, aangezien de weg er heen erg gevaarlijk is voor voetgangers die uitsluitend op de rijweg kunnen lopen en bij elke bocht gevaar lopen te worden aangereden. Wil men in het centrum bij avond een eetgelegenheid bezoeken is men aangewezen op taxivervoer, wat niet zo eenvoudig was.

Hemos quedado encantados en este acogedor apartamento. Dispone de todas las comodidades. Está muy cerquita del centro de Peñiscola y de las calas y playas mas preciosas de la Sierra de Irta. Nuestro perrito ha podido disfrutar de las vacaciones con nosotros. La urbanización muy bonita, con una buena piscina con un pequeño bar y unas preciosas vistas al mar. El propietario Jaime, muy amable y atento con nosotros. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Es un apartamento muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para unas espléndidas vacaciones. Deseamos destacar especialmente la amabilidad de Jaime, su propietario. Al recibirnos nos explicó todo lo que podíamos hacer y recorrer, incluyendo su pueblo - Traiguera y le ermita - que pudimos conocer gracias a sus comentarios.
