Piso en la mejor ubicación

Llegamos y era tal y como nos esperábamos. Nos atendieron muy bien en la entrega de llaves. Nos encantó tener balcón para comer ahí con vista al mar.

Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, que a pesar de estar rodeado de restaurantes, no son molestos. La amplitud de todas las estancias también es correctísima. A mejorar la limpieza en general y el mantenimiento del apartamento, las persianas se atascan la ventana del pasillo no se puede abrir porque se descuelga y la vajilla y accesorios de la cocina en general todas viejísimas. El cuartito de la lavadora huele muchísimo a humedad y la tabla de la plancha no tiene funda.

La ubicación es perfecta. Tuvimos un problema con el horno y el hombre de mantenimiento fue muy resolutivo y educado. Entiendo que pasamos muchas manos y es complicado, pero había poco mantenimiento/limpieza de los electrodomésticos horno no funcionaba, nevera sin luz, tuvimos q ir a la oficina para cambiar las sartenes pq estaban reventadas, los cubiertos oxidados, no había escobilla de wc. Los colchones muy incómodos te clavas los muelles. No hay a/a ni calefacción.
