Apartamento frente al mar, renovado recientemente, totally equipado. Consta de 1 habitación con cama de matrimonio, un baño, cocina comedor y terraza. Sofa cama para 2 personas en salón. Hay horno, microondas, placa vitroceramica, vajilla, cafetera, tostadora, y ponemos sábanas y toallas. Availability of fans. No hay aire acondicionado. Vue imprenable sur la mer

Location conforme à la description, idéalement placé pour effectuer des marches le long de la mer soit vers Benicarlo soit vers peniscola. Appartement fonctionnel, avec 3 piscines et un emplacement de parking non numéroté. Atanasio le propriétaire nous a très bien reçu et est fort sympathique. Nous sommes allés visiter ces 2 gîtes à San Jorge (20 km De Peñíscola) qui sont très bien agencés à recommander. En conclusion, une location à recommander sans hésitation.

Schöne Whg. An einem tollen Strand und super tollen Altstadt

Die Wohnung im 5. Stock ist sehr schön und hat einen traumhaften Meerblick. Supermarkt, Restaurants im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Der Eingang ist in einem Laubengang und deshalb kann man über Terasse und geöffneter Eingangstür sehr gut lüften, besonders bei Hitze! Durch Promenadennähe und auch Animation bis Mitternacht von einem Hotel, welches hinter dem Block ist, ist mit Lärmbelästigungen zu rechnen. Die wirklich wunderschöne Altstadt von Peñiscola ist zu Fuss oder mit Bus gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter spricht nur französisch oder Spanisch!! Dies muss man bedenken! Aber der Urlaubsort ist zu empfehlen!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La location est conforme à la description et le propriétaire très aimable. Station balnéaire calme et adaptée aux séjours en famille. Tous les services sont à proximité immédiate: Supérette, traiteur, pharmacie, tabac... Le +: La vue sur la mer et la possibilité de déjeuner sur la terrasse. Une adresse à recommander.

Location parfaite tout à fait conforme au descript

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location ; très propre (une femme de ménage passe entre chaque vacanciers) joliment décorée, la plage d'un côté, les 3 piscines de l'autre ! Un peu éloignée de la Citadelle (2 km) et quelques difficultés pour garer la voiture sont les seules petites restrictions mais on s'en accommode. un grand merci à notre sympathique propriétaire. Je vous recommande cette location conforme aux photos et au descriptif de l'annonce. Le propriétaire est cordial et serviable. l'appartement est situé dans un quartier animé avec boutiques, restaurants, pharmacie, boulangerie, patisserie, glacier,superette. un supermarché Mercadona se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture (15 minutes à vélo) et un hypermarché Carrefour à Vinaros à environ 8 kms. La plage est spacieuse et propre. la majorité des vacancier est espagnole , vienne ensuite les français. Allez y les yeux fermés et n'hésitez pas à me contacter pour de plus amples renseignements

super vacances appartement conforme aux photos avec vue imprenable sur la plage. plage piscine tennis a disposition très apprécié par nos 2 ados (14 ans). commerces restos vieille ville à proximité idéal pour une quinzaine sans voiture. propriétaires sympathiques dispos . mise a dispo des draps et linge de maison + ménage en fin de séjour, de vrai vacances...

MAGNIFIQUE VACANCE

Nous avons passés 15 jours à Péniscola en famille avec 3 enfants dans un appartement impécable et surtout très propre, très bien équipé; tv française, ventilateur, cafetière, réfrégirateur, congélateur, four micro-onde, four, plaque vitro-céramique, machine à laver et lits très confortable... Une très belle terrase avec magnifique vue sur la mer. Un accès pour 5 personnes à 3 grandes piscines. Un propriétaire vraiment sympathique, accueillant, serviable et disponible. Je vous conseille vivement cette appartement car nous avons passés de très belle vacance, inoubliable et nous reviendrons certainement.

Très bonnes vacances, l'appartement est très bien situé face à la mer, il est très propre, très belles piscines et les magasins sont à proximité, le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bons conseils. Des restaurants de très bonne qualité avec des prix vraiment très attractifs
