The Space:
This lakeside Italian Lakes apartment enjoys its own independent entrance. Inside there is 1 bedroom, an open plan living and dining room with kitchenette, bathroom and terrace.

The kitchenette is equipped with hob, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. The dining area has a beautiful table seating up to 6 guests in total. The living area also has 2 single sofa beds so that the property can sleep up to 4 guests in total. There is satellite TV and wifi access. TVs are positioned on the wall in both the master bedroom and living area. The bathroom is generous in size with large shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

Outside, this lakeside Italian Lakes apartment has a spacious private terrace with lake views and which enjoys the sun for the majority of the day. This is an ideal area for al fresco dining and is equipped with a BBQ. For those wishing to bring a boat, there are buoys and a dock. There is private parking for 1 vehicle.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole use of the entire apartment. This lakeside Italian Lakes apartment also shares some services with 2 other apartments located within the building, namely a reading area, laundry room and private beach area. Guests are also welcome to use the facilities at the Hotel Camin in Colmegna which is a short drive away. Here there is a sauna, jacuzzi and private beach area with parasols and sun loungers.

The Neighborhood:
This lakeside Italian Lakes apartment is right on the lake in a simply beautiful spot, enjoying great views. However, unfortunately, the lakeside road does not have pavements and so guests are unable to walk to any nearby amenities.

Other Things to Note:
We think that this is a really spectacular conversion of a historic villa into 3 beautiful, contemporary lakeside Italian Lakes apartments. A stay here is highly recommended, particularly if you're lucky enough to have your own boat to use during your stay. There is no better way to explore the lakeside towns and villages than by mooring up at each town or village!

As an added bonus, guests are also welcome to use facilities at the Hotel Camin in Colmegna which is a short drive away. Here there is a sauna, jacuzzi and private beach area with parasols and sun loungers. Each apartment has an allocated parking space but access to the apartment is tricky because of the curved driveway. We therefore recommend bringing a small vehicle that will be easy to manoeuvre.
