Wonderful place by the lake

Loved staying here for our short stay, the pool was great, there was a great pizza place within walking distance, and we loved walking along the beach/lake. The owners were very welcoming and explained everything! We went for a drive further up the lake to some small towns and had a nice time!

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage. Der Pool war stets gepflegt und sauber, frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie Hygieneartikel wie Seife waren ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum Lago Maggiore – ein echtes Highlight für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende. Auch die Vermieter verdienen ein großes Lob: freundlich, zuverlässig und stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Insgesamt hatten wir in der Wohnung und der Anlage einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wirklich sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der gut erreichbar ist und sich schnell um alle Anliegen kümmert.Tolle, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Pool.Die Wohnung ist vom Platz her für zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und einen Hund vollkommen ausreichend. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, aber Einiges ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und es riecht etwas.

Grazie per la recensione. Il cattivo odore molto probabilmente dipendeva dal tuo cane. Infatti anche noi abbiamo sentito e abbiamo tribulato per mandare via il cattivo odore e i peli del cane sparsi ovunque persino sul divano-letto.

A 10 km, possibilité de prendre le bateau, le train pour aller à Milan (30 pour 2 adultes A/R), et monter à 1000m en prenant le funiculaire. A faire absolument mais peut etre plus le matin qd le tps est très dégagé

Wir waren als Familie mit kleinem Kind für drei Tage im Apartment und konnten auf Grund des schlechten Wetters nicht alles so nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Auch der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und abgetrennten Garten war für uns mit Kind perfekt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Tage am Lago Maggiore

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer ruhigen Anlage. Schöner Pool, eigener Garten mit Liegen nur ein paar Schritte zum See (kleiner kieselstrand) und 800 m zum Arolo Beach (Wiese, Bar, direkt am See). 2 gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter! Kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung mit Pool in unmittelbarer Seenähe

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, verfügt über einen eigenen umzäunten kleinen Garten mit Terrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte von Pool und See entfernt. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund! Die Wohnanlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und das großzügige Schwimmbecken ist herrlich warm und sauber. Einziger Nachteil ist die fehlende Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort! Allerdings gibt es im ca. 2 km entferten Nachbarort Monvalle einen kleinen, aber feinen Laden mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs und sehr leckerem dunklen Brot! Zum Schluss muss noch der sehr nette und freundliche Empfang durch den Vermieter erwähnt werden! Gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder hierher!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Optimaler Familienurlaub (Eltern+einjähriges Kind). Schöne ruhige Anlage, nicht überlaufen. Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Anwesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützen bei aufkommenden Themen sehr schnell. Lage des Sees ebenfalls nicht überlaufen und die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind für einen Urlaubsort eher preisgünstig und dennoch qualitativ sehr gut.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in einer nicht so touristischen Gegend des Lago Maggiore. Dennoch ist man in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto am Supermarkt und hat auch einige Pizzerien um die Ecke . Die Anlage, in der die Wohnung sich befindet, ist schön gepflegt und der Tiefgaragenstellplatz auch sehr praktisch, da der Aufgang direkt an der Wohnung liegt. In der Küche gab es alles was man brauchte. Da wir mit Baby und Hund gereist sind, war auch der Garten super zum verweilen und entspannen. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt ist der Strand von Arolo. Hier gibt es auch einen tollen Hundestrand! Die am Strand liegende KaktusBar versorgt einen mit super Kaffee und Cocktails! Für unsere Tochter wurde uns ein Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir das nicht auch noch alles mitbringen mussten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen:)

Merci aux propriétaires c'était un super séjour, un accueil hyper pro et sympathique, une maison hyper agréable, d'une propreté irréprochable, la résidence très calme. 20m zum nächsten Badestrand und einen Pool auf dem Gelände, der ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ist. An alle Kleinigkeiten war gedacht: Duschgel, Esspressokocher, Hundenäpfe, etc.

Logement impeccable, très propre, moderne ( table à induction), très bien équipé, avec jardin et terrasse privatives très agréable. Notre chat a vraiment apprécié ses petites sorties (très bien clôturé). Très calme, propriétaires sympas. Le plus garage privatif dans la résidence. A recommander absolument.

location parfaite pour le farniente et la découverte de la région

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et parfaitement équipé (avec la clim). En rez de jardin, il offre aussi un joli extérieur meublé pour manger ou se relaxer. Steffen et sa femme sont très gentils et disponibles tant pour l'arrivée que le départ. La piscine est grande, la température de l'eau parfaite et elle était peu fréquentée aux dates où nous y étions (fin juillet début août). Depuis la résidence on peut profiter des nombreux sites et activités de la région (Varese, le grand marché de Luino, Laveno et la traversée du lac pour Intra etc...). Je recommande vivement cette location !

Sehr gepflegte schöne Anlage

Wir wurden von der Familie des Vermieters sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung mit kleinem Garten sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto haben wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im und am Lago Maggiore erkundet und auch einen schönen Strand in der Nähe gefunden. Außerdem war der Pool in der Anlage hervorragend und sehr ruhig.

Très bon accueil. Location bien équipée, et bien pourvue en première nécessité (café, thé, huile, sel...) Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. Bien situé pour les visites sur les lacs Majeur, d'Orta, ouest Côme et Lugano. Pour les motards, garage pratique pour remorque et moto.Petite plage sympa, à 10mn à pied en allant vers le nord. Belle piscine, attention toutefois à la date d'ouverture sinon, bain à la plage citée plus haut.
