Situated on the first floor the apartment is fully double glazed and air conditioned. A 24 hour security guard is provided by the Ardee City management to cover gate no.3 and the apartments nearby. Very helpful guards are the first call for any local information and amenities.

The apartment is a three bedrooms space converted into two bedrooms to provide lavish accommodation with a dining table for eight guests and various open spaces. A compact expandable glass bar is provided for the use of guests which obviously has to be stocked by the guests themselves! The Kitchen has recently been renovated to a very high standard to include an electric grill, a halogen oven, an automatic juicer and the usual amenities.
A private parking space is available for the use of guests.
The apartment is central to many super-speciality hospitals of Gurugram and close to all major amenities including the main metro station HUDA.
