Overall a good stay

Overall we had a wonderfull stay at the house, which was located perfectly beside the beach. We had some challenges while we where there with A/c, pool shower and old construction errors. Those challenges that could be solved, was solved. We where happy with the house in general, and the level of service from Catalan Ways.

Family getaway

The villa is for 14 guests, we were a family of 12. There were only 4 sun loungers, no parasols, and the outside shower was blocked. BBQ and fridge/freezer is not adequate to feed or cook for 14. Dining table on outside terrace only seats 10. Having said that, the location is fabulous, the Villa is clean, comfortable and plenty of room. There are an awful lot of steps to get to different levels of the villa, so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you.

Huset och läget mycket bra. Fin pool men sliten. Mosaiken gått sönder på flera ställen och orsakade ett stort sår på ett av barnens fötter. AC finns men är underdimensionerad och fungerar inte i två av rummen. Solstolarna slitna och bör bytas ut! Köket är bra och väl utrustat men slitet. Underhållet eftersatt och huset behöver fräschas upp för det pris man betalar!

Wir waren enttäuscht

Im Inserat steht Luxusvilla. Es ist ein schönes Haus und die Lage zum Strand ist super, aber unter Luxus verstehen wir was anderes. 5 Schlafzi. und 5 Bäder haben wir beansprucht, war ja auch kein Problem bei einer Villa für 14 Personen, 7 Schlafzimmer und 7 Bäder. Es gibt dort nur 6 Badezimmer und eine Pool Dusche. Im 1.Wohnbereich, Hauptetage, gab es 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 1 mit 2 Einzelbetten, aber nur 4 Bäder. Eins davon Ensuite. Dann musste man das Haus verlassen und eine Etage tiefer (unter der Terrasse) gab es noch ein Doppelzimmer und 1 Bad und darunter, auf Poolebene noch ein Doppelzimmer und 1 Bad. Man musste halt immer den Schlüssel mitnehmen zum Haus aufschließen. In 2 Bäder hatten wir leider keine warme Dusche, sehr unangenehm. O0p Aus dem Kühlschrank lief ständig Wasser (vermutlich von dem Eiswürfelfach) , sodass wir mehrfach am Tage aufwischen mussten. Durch ein Fehler des Poolboys ist das Wasser vom Pool komplett abgelaufen. Am Poolbereich gab es nur 5 ganze benutzbare Sonnenliegen (2 Liegen waren kaputt), keine Auflage für drauf, keine Pool Handtücher (die hätte man extra mieten müssen) Leider sind wir samstags bei stürmischem Wetter angereist, dementsprechend war natürlich der Strand verwüstet. Das war persönliches Pech. Allerdings wurde erst Freitags drauf aufgeräumt. Catalanways waren freundlich und bemüht die Mängel zu beheben, klappte aber leider nur mit der Neubefüllung des Pools. Auf unsere jetzigen Emails antworten sie leider nicht

Traumhaft schön, sehr zu Empfehlen

Die Villa ist wünderschön.Die Lage ist wirklich Top.Man fällt fast auf den Strand.Es gibt dort eine Strandbar und ein Restaurant wirklich sehr gut.Am Strand kann man so ab dem 10.6 Tretbote und Stanup Boards leihen.Und von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September gibt es dort Erste Hilfe.Toiletten sind auch vorhanden und Duschen.Jeden Morgen wird der Müll geleert und der Strand gereinigt.Im Ort gibt es 2 Sparmärkte und Eisdielen, Tabakgeschäfte Bäcker und Restaurants alles was man so braucht.Tarragona und Barcelona als Tagesausflüg möglich und wunderschön.In der Villa gibt es noch ein Bouleplatz dies sollte noch erwähnt werden.Tolle Sonnenaufgänge von der Terasse möglich.Wir werden es nocheinmal Buchen.Vielen Dank das alles so gut geklappt hat.

Wundervolle Ferien

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Das Meer ist so nah, dass man in der Nacht dem Wellenrauschen zuhören kann. Der Pool ist riesig und die Tiefe ist auch optimal. Wir haben sehr geschätzt, dass es genug Badezimmer hat dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes hat. Der Standort ist perfekt, man ist mit dem Auto schnell in L'Ampolla oder L'Ametlla de Mar. Zu Fuss den Küsten entlang, entdeckten wir wunderschöne Buchten und kristallklares Wasser. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder mieten.

Best Beachvilla i ever rent

Die Lage ist einmalig. Die Bäume zwischen Terrasse und Strand sind schon sehr hoch, dadurch nicht von überall Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist gigantisch und ca. 0,5-2,5 m tief. Strandbar sehr gut und günstig. Fahrradtouren im Delta kann ich nur empfehlen. Bar Pepe nebenan sehr gemütlich aber auch teuer. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und luxuriös. Wir würden jederzeit diese Villa wieder buchen. Die Matratzen in den Zimmer waren sehr hart. Nur die in der Luxussweet waren super. Der Aussengrill ist nicht gut geeignet. Wir haben aber einen selbst gekauft und in der Villa gelassen. Die letzen Tage waren Strandarbeiten. Dadurch ca. 50 LKW Anlieferungen und sehr laut. Die Stradstrasse führ direkt am Pool vorbei. Sonst sehr ruhig. Nur selten nachts Jugengruppen am Strand die man natürlich gehört hat. Aber dann am Besten Türen zu und Klimaanlage an, dann ist Ruhe.
