The Mas Can Sala is a "Masia" located in Pedret i Marzà, listed in the inventory of the architectural heritage of Catalonia (16th century) that, after a recent renovation, has all the comforts of the 21st century.

It is located in the heart of nature, in a privileged place, not far from the beaches of Costa Brava, but also from the most interesting places of the region (Roses, Peralada, Llançà, Empuriabrava, Figueres, Cadaqués, Cap de Creus all at 10 to 30 minutes drive).

Here, you will rest and be inspired; you will feel like in the middle of nowhere, but really close to everywhere!

Distribution of the property

This private domain is divided into two parts: the rental part and the non-residential private part. Both parts have separate entrances, no areas are shared and total privacy is guaranteed at all times.

The rental part is located on a flat foot, ground floor and comfortably divided in 4 areas:

I Rest area have 6 double bedrooms and 6 private bathrooms en suite. Sheets and mattresses of high quality (Egyptian cotton). Hypoallergenic pillows of two types (low and medium hardness). Towels and toiletries included. Possibility of 2 extra beds.

II Day & chill-out area includes an outdoor patio with a Ping-Pong table, a bar and a lounge. Bar also includes Smart TV, Wii console, pool table and two toilettes. The living room is a very large space with sofas, central table and various board games. Both spaces are overlooking the pool.

III Kitchen area is very spacious and bright. Includes modern, fully equipped and beautifully appointed kitchen and dining area, overlooking the pool.

IV In between day & chill-out and kitchen area, there’s a covered terrace with another space for meals "al fresco" and a mobile gas grill BBQ, in front of the pool.

Large private pool (12x6m and max 2m deep - unfenced, to consider if your group has children) surrounded by garden. Pool towels included.
Huge garden with pergola and outdoor sofa area.
Outdoor parking.

Entire outdoor area has a video surveillance security system.
Broadband Internet connection in all area.
