Villa Maria Aggela Corfu

The Villa consists of 2 floors, the ground floor and 1st floor. The first floor holds the dining room, living room and kitchen with a WC and Bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the first room with 2 single beds. The 1st floor holds the second bedroom, one room with a double bed and the third bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, the 1st floor holds one bathroom and 2 large verandas with an amazing view.
Our villa has 2 floors. The entire villa is completely renovated this year (2018).
On the first floor (ground floor) you enter from the main door to the living room and the dining room. The living room is spacious with large doors that illuminate the room. I'm sure you will spend the longest part of your day in this place. The wonderful and unique view of the house as you can see in our photos make our villa unique! On this floo,r you will find 2 large sofas where can sit comfortably 6 people. The furniture is new (2017 and 2018). TV and the internet will make you enjoy your every moment. Also at the dining table that you can use as an office, you will be able to continue your work as if you were at home.
The dining room is for 6 people, with brand new cutlery and crockery that you will find in the kitchen. Passing from the living room you are in the kitchen.
On the small walkway leading from the living room to the bedroom, there is a large bathroom. The bathroom as you see in the photos is unique and all its parts are brand new (2018). This bathroom is the 1st of the 2 total of the house. The other is on the first floor.
The bedroom on the ground floor consists of 2 single beds and a TV. The balcony of this room is private with a​ ​unique​ view too !
The kitchen of the house is fully equipped and you can use it every day to cook, conserve your food and wine, or eat at the kitchen table. You will find all the utensils and items you will need for your cooking.
Go to the first floor and find yourself in the bedrooms. On your right hand there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a TV. Each bedroom has space for your clothes. In the middle of the floor is the 2nd large bathroom with a bathtub. This bathroom is also new (2018). To the left of the floor, as you ascend the stairs, there is the third large bedroom with a double bed, and a TV. All rooms have large windows to ventilate and come in plenty of light. From all the rooms you have a balcony with a wonderful and unique view of the area.
On the 1st floor there is also a large balcony with a table so you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner with peace and wonderful views of the sea and the mountain!

Outside you will find, in addition to our unique garden, a private parking space that fits comfortably with 3 cars.

At home,​ you will find all the comforts and all the electrical appliances you have in your own home. Washing machine, fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all kitchen and coffee facilities for breakfast, electric cooker and many more.
All rooms are also air-conditioned with new air conditioners
