Newly built apartment located in the town of Torre Pali, a seaside resort on the Ionian coast of Salento, characterized by the long golden beach typical of this area.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a front veranda on the ground floor where the outdoor shower and the washing machine are located, a large balcony equipped with outdoor sofas, a kitchen with pots, dishes and everything you need for your use, two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds, a full bathroom with shower.
The house is also equipped with TV, mosquito nets and an air conditioner, also from the balcony you can access the terrace via a spiral staircase.
Possibility to park freely on the street.
