Perfect stay in San Sebastián

The check in process was extremely smooth and the service was great. We love this apartment with an amazing view and balcony. It was just what we wanted during our time in San Sebastián. The apartment is a good size with a kitchen, washer and dryer and very comfortable beds. The location can’t be beat!

Striking view

We stayed here for 4 days and loved the view from the balcony. We walked the beaches, Old Town and Gros from the apartment. Had fun savoring the flavors at local spots, pintxo bars and 5 star restaurants. We highly recommend Niza.

Great view of ocean but patio was not as pictured - just plastic table and chairs and not quite as clean as expected. Inside was clean and ok. Could use an update. Beds were comfortable. Management was fine but had to go to separate location to pick up keys and then go to apartment. Would have been nice to have someone meet us at apartment to show us around,

Furniture was Missing

Great location, very clean, and quiet. Unfortunately the photo in the listing shows seating and a footstool, and these pieces were missing from the flat. This made it uncomfortable to sit for meals or TV with only a worn couch. Great spot, but check the listing for accuracy.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento, la terraza y las vistas eran increíbles, el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario y todo era bastante moderno, la cama muy cómoda y el baño tenía todo lo necesario incluso más con la bañera y ducha. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, estamos muy agradecidos, han sido unas vacaciones excepcionales.

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement et une vue époustouflante. Dommage que le lit ne sois pas un grand lit double et qu’il n’y ai aucunes fournitures de base ( sel, poivre,huile). Insonorisation de l’immeuble pas bonne mais la vue de l’appartement fait oublier ses petits défauts. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Great apartment for two with lovely balcony

The apartment is locate very close to the beach and in walking distance to the old town. The kitchen is very well equipped and all in all, you have all the things you hope for, ironing board, a fan etc. If the apartment have had a more comfy sofa in the living room and a bit better beds, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again next summer.

Great location and a great view over the ocean. Hot water system wasn’t working on arrival but staff did address this promptly. Would have liked a Pod coffee machine.
