This apartment has a separate room with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a table to enjoy the summer of San Sebastian. In addition, it has heating for the colder months and free Wi-Fi throughout the stay.



The main entrance overlooks the Zabaleta Street, known for its pintxo bars and restaurants. It is located a few steps from the surfers beach and the Kursaal Conference Centre and 10 minutes walk from the Old Town.

This property was ideal location in Gros to beach, restaurants & stores, also walking distance to old town. The apartment was perfect & had everything you could need, kitchen, washing machine for laundry & loved the balcony off the bedroom/ living room to sit outside for breakfast & view of the beach. I think this was my fourth stay with Rentals Collection in San Sebastian over the years, and the DUNE apartment was probably the best. One very small improvement could be to add a slightly better knife for cutting of bread. :)

This apartment is perfect for a couple and the large balcony with a view of the beach is great. The balcony gets sun from mid afternoon to late evening so it’s a lovely place to sit. It’s one block back from the beach with a number of restaurants directly across the road. But the best part was the location in Gros. I much preferred it to the old town as there were way less tourists & it was much more a local area with better bars & restaurants. But it’s only a 8 minute walk along the promenade to get over to the old town. Great value & I would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic location

A fantastic location, this flat was 10 minutes stroll from Old town but in the centre of Gros with fantastic amenities plus the beautiful beach. Loved hearing the sea and watching all the beach activities. The flat is clean and comfortable and well positioned for everything. I would highly recommend this stay for its location.

Excellent location

Excellent location. 15 min (nice) walk to old town. 3 minutes to surfers’ beach. Lots of cool bars and restaurants in this area (Gros). Apartment is spacious and comfortable just a little tired in places the balcony. But great view between buildings in front to waves and surfers. You have to pick up keys from company office 20 minutes walk away. Shower room quite small.

Nice Home Base for Exploration

The apartment is as pictured, well equipped with all of the mod cons. It's close enough to walk everywhere, including the Old Town, but far enough away so that you'll walk off some of those calories. San Sebastian/Donostia is, after all, foodie heaven. The slight quibble is that check-in takes place in an office over a mile away with parking, as in the entire city, catch as catch can. We'd rent this apartment again if we return.

Great location, as advertised

Place is ideal, with a two block walk to the beach. We were able to wake up, check the waves from the balcony, and be surfing in 5 minutes. Only negative is that the bed was terrible. I can pretty much sleep on anything (and actually slept on the floor one night), but this mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever felt. We were able to feel every spring poking us and was so hard. Other than the bed, everything was great.
