Charming 18th century farmhouse with all the comfort of a modern home. Situated in a rural quiet hamlet in Saint Aubin De Terregatte it is a short 20 minute drive to the world famous Mont Saint Michel and only 10 minutes from the historic towns of Saint James and Ducey. Both Ducey & Saint James have some lovely bars, bistro's and restaurants, plus shops, supermarkets chemists all the amenities you could need.

This is the perfect place to get away from the noise, rush and stresses of every day life. Our guests love the quiet location to unwind and to relax in the stunning countryside with it's far reaching views over Normandy. Foxes Farm is suitable for all your holiday needs, whether it is sight seeing, family fun at the beech or relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine. This rural retreat is perfect for visiting Mont Saint Michel and historical Avranches, Saint James, Ducey to name just a few places.

The self catering gite offers a self service check in facility via a key code box. The gite is fully independent and exclusive to you.

The beautiful gite is a renovated farm house over 400 years old. There are two gites on site.

This gite sleeps four people, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom all located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have black out curtains for that perfect nights sleep. Each bedroom has their own private shower room with toilet shower and wash basin.

The base price is for two people sharing one double bedroom, a charge of €10.00 per night per person is added for guests 3 and 4 who will have the twin room which has two single beds as shown in the photographs.

No smoking within the house but you can smoke outside in the garden.

Not suitable for babies or small children

Maximum of two dogs allowed, sorry no cats allowed. The owners have 2 dogs which is kept in a private fenced garden.

The price is ALL INCLUSIVE of, water, electricity, cleaning, internet, satellite English / Anglaise TV, French is also available on the new 48"/ 120cm TV.
Free parking and free WiFi.
Bed Linen and bathroom towels are included in the price.

A small amount of wood is supplied for the log burner and more wood can be purchased if necessary direct from the owners for a small charge. This is not normally needed especially during the summer months.

Local attractions to discover include Saint James, Beautiful beaches, Brittany American WW2 Cemetery, Ducey, Avranches, Mont St Michel, Pontorson, Saint Hilaire De Harcouet, Dol-de-Bretagne and Fougeres are all within an easy drive.

Or for the more adventurous Alligator Bay is only 15 minutes away and there is Ange Michel family adventure theme park is a hidden treasure only 10 mins drive away.

If you want to go further a field this includes the D-Day landing Beaches, Caen, Beyeux, Granville, Saint Malo, Dinard and Rennes, to name just a few.

Theme = Countryside, Historic, Peaceful Away From It All, Romantic good for families and couples with lots of tourist attractions only a short drive away.
