House restored, on 3 levels, with a maximum capacity of 5 people, 2 bedrooms, in the heart of a farmhouse located in the bay of Mont Saint Michel, in a very quiet hamlet, near the departure for the crossings of the Bay with feet. A parental suite including a first room (140x190 bed, duvet 220x240), dressing room, bathroom (shower and bath), independent toilets. A second room, attic, 3 beds of 90x190 (duvets 140 x 200, if 2 close beds: a duvet 240x260) plus cot, bathroom with toilet.
Many bikes on site, possibility of kayaking with the owner.
Bed linen and towels package: 10 € per person.

French farmhouse charm

We loved our stay in this quaint farmhouse, as French as you can get! It was charming and we will definitely stay again should we pass through. The owner was so helpful and informative.

Excellent lodging and grounds; modernized old stone structure

Comfortable, spacious (3 stories, we only used first 2), light and airy, well furnished and equipped, nice outdoor sitting area, owner helpful, pleasant environment with old stone structures, near beaches and restaurants, plus sights like Mt. Saint-Michel. Lack of specific access directions only real problem.

Tradiribal French stay in Normandy

We had a fantastic holiday in Normandy in a traditional rural gîte. We saw bats, heard crickets and goats whilst enjoying delicious french wine and cheese in the evenings in the garden. The weather was good the first week and we enjoyed swimming in the sea at nearby Jullouville, whixh was lovely and warm. However, even when the weather was bad, we explored the town of Avranches, Mont St Michel and went on the petit train at St Malo. The children loved having their own floor upstairs. Lovely region to explore, beautiful rustic country house to live in and the local french food and wine is delicious (whether eating out or self catering). The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

gîte de caractère aménagé avec goût dans un hameau paisible proche de la baie du Mont Saint Michel. les chambres et SDB aux étages sont spacieuses et lumineusesS'il devait y avoir un bémol c'est le manque de luminosité de la pièce principale au RDC et la terrasse orientée nord.Propriétaire très sympathique.

Tres bon séjour. Réactivité du propriétaire. Au calme. Tres bonne boulangerie patisserie a sartilly. Pas loin de tout et a quelques minutes de vue du mont st Michel.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Das Haus ist perfekt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Durch die Steinwände und das landestypische Aussehen hat es sehr viel Charme. Die Lage ist ruhig und zur Erhlolung bestens geeignet. Celine und Ludovik sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ländliche liebevolle Ruheoase

Wir haben 2 Tage in der Wohnung als Zwischenstopp verbracht, um den Mont Saint Michel zu erkunden. Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir können die bisherigen positiven Bewertungen bestätigen. Unser Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz, man hätte noch vieles entdecken können.Vom 3 km entfernten Strand hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf St Mont Michelle. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt Wohnugentsricht der Realität. wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Ferienhaus nah an der Bucht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, besonders der überdachte Sitzplatz war super, wenn es geregnet hat. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Steinhaus - wunderbar renoviert

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus und der wunderbaren Gegend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so brauchte: Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, WLAN, Gartenmöbel, Liegen, Strom fürs E-Auto, Fahrräder, PLatz fürs Auto, ... . Ludovic und seine Familie waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Gegend ist wirklich schön. Zum Essen geben wir den Vorschlag von Ludovic weiter: das Restaurant La Pause in Genets

Séjour

Nous avons séjourné à l’occasion d’un mariage. Nous n’avons utilisé le gîte que pour y dormir, douche et petit déjeuner. Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Nous nous étions mis d’accord avec le propriétaire pour un forfait draps que nous avons réglé en partant. Il nous avait proposé aussi un forfait ménage que nous avons décliné vu le peu de temps passé dans la maison. Nous sommes chargés du ménage en partant (Salle de bain, cuisine, poubelles, sols et draps). Quelques heures plus tard, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d’un SMS, nous réclamant 45€ Parce que soi-disant le gîte n’avait pas été laissé propre. Vu le peu de temps qu’on a séjourné dans la maison et le ménage qu’on a fait en partant, nous avons pensé à une erreur et appelé le propriétaire pour avoir des explications. Celui-ci n’a jamais répondu à nos appels, et n’a jamais rappelé, il s’est contenté de nous envoyer un sms disant que le gîte n’avait pas été laissé dans un bon état. Une vraie fausse note, alors que le séjour s’était très bien passé, et que nous étions prêts à revenir et prendre le temps de visiter la région. Dommage…

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit village qu’on venait de découvrir avec un bon emplacement a 5 min de la plage, le cadre est magnifique, la maison est super, spacieuse avec toutes les commodités, le propriétaire est accueillant, gentil et disponible. Enfin si vous cherchez un endroit calme, reposant entouré de nature et au même temps proche de tout, n’hésitez pas à prendre ce gîte, pour nous en tout cas c’est la première mais ça ne sera pas la dernière.
