The Villa is fully equipped and has a private garden and a paved terrace. On the ground floor, living room, kitchen area, veranda, WC, cellar. On the floor, two rooms, a room of water and a TOILET.
Granville is a popular seaside resort, its Casino fortunately preserved, is surrounded by pretty bathing cabins that line the promenade of Plat Gousset, overlooked by the park where Christian Dior has left a scent of the past, in the heart of his Villa from childhood to a museum. The station Sailing animated all the year, in Granville all the sports have their place. These ports anchored to the cliff open to the islands and an emerald sea. Granville is also famous for its thalassotherapy center.

Location, location, location

As you might have guessed from the title, if location is all that it is important this could be the place for you. More or less straight onto a great beach, a short walk to a pretty village & a mile or so from the quality resort of Granville. The downside is that both the house & the service can be best described as tired, and designed to maximise profit rather than enhance a guests experience. Linen/towel hire was expensive for cheap worn stuff (we could have bought better for the fee !); plus I didn't felt comfortable with the owners approach of presenting the before & after energy readings, with €23 odd for 3x days seeming on the high side when we didn't cook or heat & just slept there ! Last negative is the lack of WiFi particularly as the mobile signal was also very poor. All in all, The owners were friendly enough & I would consider this house again for a short stay, on location alone. I would however I make sure I read the small print on the French language only contract & factored in all the extra potential costs before sending a deposit.

It is specified well that loads(responsibilities) of energy and tourist tax are to be planned in supplement. There is no WIFI in this rent, I think that the occupants believed that it was one bed and breakfast! Il est bien spécifié que les charges d'énergie et taxe de séjour sont à prévoir en supplément. Il n'y a aucun WIFI dans cette location . Je pense que les occupants ont cru que c'était une chambre d'hôte !...

Gîte bien situé à deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Un seul parking pour les 2 gîtes mitoyens mais parking gratuit à 100m. Literie et équipement corrects, en phase avec le coût modique de la location. Accueil sympatique.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est bien située pour visiter les alentours de Granville. Logement très propre, fonctionnel, conforme à l'annonce, avec un jardin totalement clos que notre chienne a beaucoup apprécié. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires. La route est passante, mais nous n'entendons rien une fois dans le logement.

Location très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est bien située, près de la plage et près des commerces. Elle est lumineuse et propre. Le jardin avec sa terrasse bien agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les explications sont claires, les propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la proximité de la plage. L'endroit est calme. De superbes randonnées à faire dans le coin! Merci encore!
