Welcome to the gîte de la Tourelle, a former wine press restored in 2013.

Charming cottage located in a small village 6 km from the sea near the haven Vanlée (classified site).

As a couple or family, the cottage can accommodate 4 people (2 extra places possible in the convertible lounge).
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob 2 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), hall (a table and 6 chairs), lounge (convertible sofa, wood stove, coffee table, TV, DVD player, TNT), other seating area (4 poufs and small table), bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer, radio), separate toilet
On the floor: a room (with a bed 140 * 190, office, dresser), a room (with 2 beds 90 * 190, dresser, wardrobe), a big cupboard with tidying up, a toilet with wash-stand

Lovely Farmhouse

Exceptionally delightful property, beautifully presented, very clean and welcoming. We had so much room as only 2 of us stayed. Lots of information locally on our owners factfile. A pleasure to stay at this propeety and good place from which to explore Normandy.

We had a great week in this gite, which is a beautifully restored old building, finished, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The interior of the building is quite charming and and the living accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The gite is situated in a hamlet about 20 minutes away from Granville and a few minutes away from Brehal, where there is an excellent supermarket. It is also well-positioned for trips to Barneville-Carteret, Coutances, Avranches etc. On arrival, we were a little confused because the photo on the website shows a side of the building which is hidden from the road and it looked a bit different from how we expected it. The owner wasn't able to meet us on arrival but the key was left for us in a secure key locker. We met her on the second day of our stay and found her very helpful. The visitor information provided was very useful.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Kurze Fahrt nach Brehal, wo es alles Notwendige gibt inkl.einer tollen Bäckerei und Metzgerei. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen und viele schöne Strände in der Nähe (15min Fahrt).

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in der Normandie - zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Der Garten lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und sehr schön. Super U ist in 4 km Entfernung und daher ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Normandie. Par ce dimanche d'avril très frais, nous avons été accueillis avec un feu dans le poêle à bois, ce qui fût très agréable. Le logement correspond à la description, il est très propre, bien entretenu et confortable. La région est magnifique, les balades sur les plages sont chaque jour différentes. Ce fut une semaine dépaysante et revigorante. Nous vous conseillons ce gîte.

Un cottage magnifique et confortable pour se détendre complètement !

De cet endroit super soigné avec tout le confort, vous pouvez marcher et faire du vélo jusqu'à la mer. Les marchés locaux dans les petits villages, une visite à la ville de Granville sont un changement agréable pour se reposer dans la chaleur d'un vrai poêle à bois !

maison charmante

Maison charmante et bien équipée, on ne voit pas la tour à l'arrivee, mais c'est un joli coin dans le salon. Propriétaires à l'écoute, deux petits problèmes ont été rapidement résolus. La région est belle, tant côté campagne que côté mer et plages, de belles découvertes, avec Granville et Coutances. De bons souvenirs de cette région.
