Bel emplacement sur le littoral Granvillais pour se ressourcer et profiter de cette belle région qui sait préserver son côté naturel avec tout ses atouts ( produits locaux , côté terre et mer, convivialité, patrimoine, gastronomie).Plage facilement accessible . Il n’était pas mentionné sur l’annonce internet qu’il fallait payer l’eau et l’électricité. Absence de détecteurs de fumée (obligatoires pour tout logement). Literie de la chambre parentale en mauvais état ainsi que le canapé du salon.

Environnement agréable

À quelques mètres de la mer j’ai pu profiter d’un séjour reposant et dépaysant. Accompagnée tout d’abord de mes deux chiens ( l’enclos est vraiment adapté pour les accueillir) j’ai fini mon séjour avec toute ma famille ( nous étions 6 adultes en tout) . Le logement est sobre et propre . Je garde l’adresse pour un futur séjour .

Für uns ein toller Urlaub. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Granville ist immer eine Reise Wert und von da aus kann man vieles unternehmen.Besonders die Ruhe haben wir schätzen gelernt. Der Weg zum Strand kurz und immer ein toller Eindruck. Schade das wir mit unseren wenigen Französisch mit unseren Vermietern reden konnten. Aber trotzdem vielen Dank es war alles korrekt.

literie très sommaire et très inconfortable, propriétaire (madame surtout) peu aimable, de mauvaise foi et non disponible pour rendre de petits services. Par exemple nous avons du acheter des pinces à linge car madame a refusé de nous en rapporter pour sécher le ligne dehors sous un temps venteux, réponse de la propriétaire: vous n'avez qu'à poser le linge sur le tancarville: du jamais vu après 10 ans de location sur ce site!. Madame nous a rétorque que personne ne lui avait jamais fait ces remarques concernant la literie (réponse de madame: si le lit double était inconfortable, il fallait rapprocher les deux lits simples pour dormir en couple!!!!) Outre le caractère déjà douteux de la réponse, je tiens à préciser que les matelas des lits simples sont tout aussi inconfortables. Bref madame a réponse à tout pour ne pas s'embêter à investir un minimum pour le confort de ces locataires!!Il n'y a qu'à lire les commentaires sur ce site et sur d'autres pour voir que depuis plusieurs années les gens s'en plaignent mais qu'elle ne fait rien. Le confort de ses locataires semble passer bien après les nombreux bénéfices qu'elle peut faire en achetant du bas de gamme et en ne faisant pas les petits travaux nécessaires (elle préfère mettre des étiquettes partout sur les placards, les volets, les toilettes pour interdire de….plutôt que de réparer). Bref, fuyez ce genre de personnes! Un conseil pour madame que je renouvelle par écrit vu qu'elle se moque du monde: venez passer une nuit dans ce lit et une soirée dans ce canapé si confortables que vous proposez! Pour info cela fait 10 ans que je loue une maison de vacances et JAMAIS je n'oserais proposer un tel bas de gamme au détriment du confort de mes vacanciers si cher à mes yeux! Je déteste mettre des commentaires négatifs mais là ils sont bien mérités!
