Très beau petit séjour

Comme l'indique le titre, ce séjour était vraiment chouette ! Il n'y a pas que la Mer, il a beaucoup d'autres activités qui gravitent autour de ce petit lieu avenant : rando, l'île Chausey, la vallée de Lude etc...bref un régal pour les randonneurs et pour ceutqui aliment mettre les pieds dans l'eau. appartement très propre, dans un immeuble aussi très propre, situé avec un petit groupe de pavillons le tout fermé par une entré privée. très proche de la mer qui est accessible par une allée privée qui amène sur une jetée bitumée qui est tout le long de la plage et qui mène jusqu'au centre ville à environ 1 km

Le bien n'est pas en totale conformité avec l'annone (qui a été modifiée depuis)

Pas de connexion WIFI contrairement à ce qu'indiquait l'annonce jusqu'à notre arrivée, critère ayant motivé mon choix avec un ado et surtout en hiver (l'annonce a été modifiée depuis). Pas non plus de sèche cheveux et une vue mer réduite à une lucarne entre deux maisons... Je considère l'offre trompeuse par rapport à la réalité et abusive au regard du tarif pratiqué au vu de ces éléments. Nous aurions apprécié que le coût de l'électricité facturé en sus nous soit offert en compensation, cela ne nous a pas été proposé, c'est dommage, d'autant que nous non plus n'avons pas assisté au relevé des compteurs à notre arrivée.
