Location was great for us. Only 15 minute walk to Fib and 20-30 minutes to restaurants and beach

Eva is a great host. She offered to buy us food as we where arriving late. Nothing was a problem

Unfortunately we had no hot water for 6 days, so had cold showers. A new heater was fitted, which Eva, the host, sorted out. Also there was a lot of bird poo outside on the balcony and outside the bbq area, which was not very pleasant. The views were lovely. If you walk to the town, there is a steep hill to walk back, so need to be good with mobility.

Todo genial!

Hemos ido un grupo de amigos para ir al festival de Benicassim y es ideal poder llegar andando en 10 minutos. La casa tiene todas las comodidades y no se molesta a nadie. Eva pone bien claro en el anuncio que NO está cerca de la playa, es un error de la web. Si se tiene eso en cuenta es una alojamiento estupendo con grandes vistas y zonas para todos los gustos.

UN LUGAR PARA DISFRUTAR Y NO TENER QUE SALIR DE ÉL PARA NADA

Nosotros fuimos para una celebración de amigos con intención de no tener que salir de la casa y no molestar a los vecinos. La casa tiene piscina, zona de bbq y una explanada para jugar a lo que quieras. Es grande y tiene varias estancias. Para nosotros fue perfecta. No obstante, si buscas un sitio cómodo para ir a la playa e irte a cenar por Benicassim, no es la mejor opción. Está a 38 min andando de la playa en una zona de colinas (en la página web no figura de esa manera). En coche puedes moverte sin problemas, pero ya tienes que coger el coche, que no siempre apetece. La casera, Eva fue muy amable con nosotros y fue fácil el trato con ella, así como el check-in y el check-out. Nos dejó entrar antes de la casa porque los anteriores inquilinos se fueron bastante pronto y salir más tarde porque ese día era posible.

Muy buena casa

La casa estaba genial, tenía unas vistas increíbles. Además de que la propietaria era muy maja y encantadora. El único pero son los mosquitos y algunos bichos que nos encontramos, pero por lo demás todo genial.

Viaje 23-30 julio

Nuestra estancia en la casa nos decepcionó bastante. Primero, nosotros en el anuncio vimos que la casa estaba situada a 300m de la playa cuando en realidad estaba situada a media hora andando, teníamos bastantes ganas de ir a la playa y ese plan se hacía mucho más pesado. Además nos han cobrado 200 euros por desperfectos. Entiendo que por las sillas, las cuales estaban de antemano en mal estado y lo único que hicimos fue literalmente sentarnos, nos cobren algo de dinero. Se quejaron además por algo de una pared que ninguno de nosotros sabe de que habla y decía que había sido golpeada y finalmente la casa la habíamos dejado bastante decente de limpieza, quizás no estaba perfecta pero para que nos hayan cobrado 200 euros no tiene sentido. Nos gustaría recibir las facturas.

Très bon séjours

La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Beaucoup de place à l intérieure comme a l exterieur. Eva est très sympathique et serviable. Plusieurs espaces de détente suivant la position du soleil. Très bon séjour.

Espectacular

Hemos ido en familia y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es grande y tiene un espacio esterno muy bonito con vista estupenda. La casa tiene todas las comodidades: cocina equipada, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas ecc. La dueña Eva muy disponible y muy simpática. La zona muy tranquilla y se llega enseguida con coche a la playa (8 min) . Sin duda muy aconsejable.

Tranquilo y acogedor

El trato con Eva ha sido sencillo y cercano, atenta en cada momento a cualquier contacto que necesitáramos. La vivienda tiene lo necesario para disfrutar de una semana de vacaciones. Nosotros hemos ido con niños pequeños y aunque para bajar de la casa a la piscina hay escaleras, con un poco de control y puertas cerradas no hay pegas, ademas la piscina cuenta con valla, lo que suma un plus a la tranquilidad de uno, la pista de tenis es una zona estupenda para juegos, en la que como estas en una zona de montaña, los peques se lo pasaron en grande viendo escarabajos, salamanquesas, tortolas, etc. En la vivienda, dependiendo de cada uno, se puede echar en falta algún utensilio, pero como he dicho antes, Eva esta bien dispuesta y en caso e necesitar no hay mas que ponerse en contacto con ella. Esta a 5-10 minutos en coche de cualquier punto de Benicassim. La única pega de la vivienda es que para acceder tienes unas cuantas escaleras, lo que hace la vivienda inaccesible para personas con movilidad reducida, es algo a tener en cuenta. En definitiva nosotros repetiríamos, un placer haberte conodido Eva.
