Nestled in a plot of 4 hectares with almonds, pines, holm oaks, mastic trees, rosemary and olive trees, available to guests where you can enjoy peace and tranquility in a fabulous setting. The farmhouse is self-supplied by its own solar energy and rainwater collection.
It has a swimming pool for exclusive use for guests, BBQ in an independent building and two bicycles to walk around. 3 km from the nearest town.
20 minutes from the beaches of Benicassim and Oropesa.

Nous voulions une maison au calme mais jolie, c'est tout ce que nous avons eu avec le mas de Clara ! Le couple est très gentil et serviable . La maison et la piscine sont parfaites , le tout en pleine campagne. Tout ce qu'on aime. Nous reviendrons sûrement

La casa y el entorno un lujo, con mucho gusto. Ideal para estar tranquilos y desconectar de todo. Posibilidad de visitar pueblos con encanto a poca distancia. Clara ha sido muy amable y nos dio bueno consejos para disfrutar de los alrededores.

Muy tranquilo y acogedor

Fuimos con nuestro bebé de año y medio y disfrutó mucho correteando por la finca, es segura. La piscina con depuradora, limpia todo el tiempo y con tumbonas a la sombra. Nos llovió uno de los días pero no fue un problema estar dentro de la casa porque es muy acogedora. La cocina tenía todo el menaje necesario, igual que la casita de la parrilla que sin duda es un plus. El colchón de la cama principal comodísimo. La casa está aislada en el campo, tiene un tramo de unos 100 metros de camino complicado pero el resto es camino de buen firme y pista asfaltada hasta llegar a la carretera en unos 5 minutos. En la finca hay almendros y una zona de bosquecillo de pinos, y olivos bajo los cuales hay un par de cenadores muy agradables. Se puede hacer compra cerca y la zona tiene muchas posibilidades para hacer excursiones culturales, de mar y de montaña. Los propietarios Clara y Ricardo han sido muy amables, nos esperaron para indicarnos el camino a la casa y darnos indicaciones sobre ella, y ha sido muy fácil estar en contacto con ellos para resolver dudas e imprevistos

Sitio para desconectar

El contacto con los propietarios fue siempre muy fácil y fueron muy amables dándonos recomendaciones y dejando en la casa elementos básicos para poder disfrutar la estancia. La casa es más bonita aún que en las fotos. Totalmente reformada con una decoración moderna y rústica. La cama de matrimonio es grande y cómoda. La casa independiente con barbacoa hace muy completa la estancia. La piscina ideal para refrescarse y el entorno lleno de olivos y árboles. No hay vecinos alrededor, excelente para desconectar y disfrutar del entorno. Altamente recomendable! Nosotros esperamos volver!

Beautiful get-away-from-it-all in nature!

The house is gorgeous - stylishly decorated and in a wonderful remote location outside Els Ibarsos village, up a long dirt road (a 4x4 would be useful!). The house is well-equipped, although it is useful to note that there is no electric oven, due to limitations on electricity supply which is provided purely by solar power. This adds to the feeling of ‘getting away from it all’, however, and there is a well-equipped BBQ in its own out-building. The lovely little pool is filled with filtered fresh water, and the outside space is completely secluded and nicely laid out for outdoor dining and lounging by the pool. There are some interesting villages in the vicinity, and lovely beaches 1-1.5 hours drive away. I would definitely recommend this property if you wish to completely unwind in a natural setting!
