Villa MaSuMi is a luxury 200m2 villa completed in June 2019 standing on a plot of 8000m2 assuring privacy whilst only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful and cosy village of Elounda.
The villa sits 120m above sea level offering spectacular views over Elounda, large Spinolonga (Kolokitha ), Mirabello Bay and surrounding mountains.

Villa MaSuMi is a two storey villa and consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, dining and living room with very modern spacious well equipped kitchen. The villa offers contemporary living with unique luxury furnishing and appliances and has been finished in natural stone and colours to blend in with the surroundings.

The large outside terrace has a dining table with seating for 8, a seating area consisting of 2 sofas and 2 chairs. The 6 comfortable sun loungers are larger than average and boast marble side tables. The terrace also has a 40m2 shaded area for those hot summer days. The outdoor kitchen has a sink, fridge and BBQ. There is also a 4 poster bed which has a canopy for shady purpose where one can enjoy either the view or simple just relax or even sleeping under the stars.
There is a 40m2 infinity pool with steps leading into the pool and boasting unobstructed views of Elounda and Mirabello bay . The pool also has a large shallow area and will allow guest to enjoy a drink whilst sitting in the pool.

The large master bedroom has a super king sized bed (180x200) with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. There are views of the mountains and the sea from the bedroom as well as from the small terrace. The en-suite bathroom has two sinks and wall mounted mirrored cupboards for storage and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 has spectacular views of Mirabello Bay and boast a king sized bed (160x200), ample floor to ceiling wardrobe space with a very modern twist of grey shades throughout the room.

Bedroom 3 also has fabulous views of the Bay as well as the mountains and has a King sized bed (160x200) with floor to ceiling wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 is a small room and has a 110cm wide sofa bed with a memory foam topper and will comfortably sleep one adult. The room has direct access to the upper terrace through a set of French doors with shutters.

The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and a glass sink as well as mirrored wall cupboards for storage. This bathroom has stunning views of the Mirabello Bay

The ground floor has open plan living/dining room with a glass wood burning stove as well as a large ultra modern kitchen.

The kitchen is extremely spacious and is fully fitted with a Neff oven and microwave as well as a cooking island which is fitted with a Neff induction hob and extractor as well as top of the range American Fridge/Freezer, Miele Dishwasher, Bosch washing machine and Nespresso Coffee Machine .

The Dining room consists of a solid wood dining table with seating for 8 with large patio doors that allow you to enjoy the view of the Bay.

The Living room has two very large sofas (240 cm) and boast a high quality surround sound system which is linked to the 55" flatscreen TV, enabling guests to listen to music via bluetooth as well . There are large patio windows which gives unobstructed views of the Bay.

There are two further outdoor areas in the Garden with Decking, a 4 poster bed which has a canopy for shady purpose where one can enjoy either the view or simple just relax or even enjoy sleeping under the stars.

The property is fitted with full air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms, plus ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. All windows have mosquito nets and shutters which are electrically operated. Additionally there is also a mobile Bluetooth speaker at the property.

The property is accessed on a fairly steep concrete road, the property has an electric sliding access gate which automatically closes after use.
