House in Lidingö. Discount for stays longer than a week. Available f. Midsummer

This house is located in the northwestern part of Lidingö - an island in the inner archipelago of Stockholm - easily accessed by car, public transportation, bike or by boat. The neighborhood, Sticklinge Udde, is safe, popular and quiet. Within walking distance there is a beach, a volleyball court, a forest with trails for walking, running (trails are part of the famous ”Lidingö-loppet) and biking, several playgrounds, soccer fields, an outdoor gym, a well-known golf course and a convenience store. Ferryboats to Stockholm, or other islands in the archipelago, stops at a dock close to the beach.

The house is modern and great for socializing. It has 4 bedrooms (all upstairs) and 2 bathrooms (upstairs has a shower and a bathtub (whirlpool) and downstairs a shower). The kitchen is modern, well equipped and seats up to 12 people. The large wooden deck and the garden are easily accessed through the kitchen. The large wooden deck has sun all day (weather permitting :-)) It has a sofa, dining table and a Weber BBQ. There is a living room with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV downstairs. Upstairs, there is a room with PS4 and Wii game consoles. The garden has a large lawn and there are apple trees, rhubarb, a vegetable garden, swings and a playhouse. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway.

If you stay for 2 weeks we will give you a discount of 20% for the second week and if you stay for 3 weeks we will give you a discount of 40% for the third week. This will be arranged when we confirm your booking request.

June 21st is Midsummers Eve - which is a big celebration in Sweden. There is usually a traditional celebration at the beach in the neighborhood or you might want to visit Skansen to enjoy a traditional midsummer.

The distance to center of Stockholm (Stureplan) by car is 8.6 km and almost a kilometer shorter if you walk or ride a bike.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is therefore not suitable for parties.
