A charming little house on an own peninsula near Stockholm.1 1/2bedrooms,loft,livingroom,kitchenette and showerroom with afreezing toilet. Possibilities to tennis and golf,wonderful outside living .1,7km to the nearest bus,2,4km to the nearest shop, 3.7km to Lidingö center,7min by bus to the subway and 8min by subway to Stockholm center.During the summertime ,possibility to the city by a ferry Ropsten-Mor Annas Brygga, ca 500m away.
Situated in the inner archipelago giving its inhabitants easy access to the big city-life but on the same they can enjoy the beauty and calm atmosphere of the archipelago. This combination has made Lidingö a very attractive and exclusive area.
Here there are swimming opportunities, nature and a small boat harbor. This area is idyllic for families with kids!There is possibility to rent a bigger house on the same plot ca 20m away (separated with planting boxes)in addition or separate, called "A house by the sea near the city”.
The plot is ca4000m26 surrounded by water on three sides so there should be space enough.
Obs!This is not a 5-star hotel You re entering but I try my best and as it is in the middle of the nature and the freezing toilet works with soil,there might be dust after my cleaning,but it s pure”shit”directly from the nature😉. I leave it dustless and cleaned with a normal level.
