About this property

Lovely house close to Stockholm City for the big family

Our house is built in three floors. On the top floor there are four bedrooms and one toilet with sink. In the master bedroom there is a fireplace located. On the entrance floor there is a kitchen, living room and a library with a piano. From the library there is an entrance to a terrace with a nice group of chairs. The terrace has stairs that lead down to the garden. A large bath room with a bathtub, shower, double sink and a heater is located in the basement. Here is also a toilet with a sink and a laundry room.
In the summer our garden offers raspberries, strawberries, rhubarbs, gooseberries and redcurrant. A trampoline, football goal and basketball goal children to play. A garage belongs to the house.

Amazing Backyard Close to City

Wonderful property with an amazing deck and backyard, perfect for family gatherings. Train is less than 5 minutes away and super easy and convenient to get into the city.

Lovely house with four bedrooms and a deck to sit out on at night. The only challenge was it was hot this week and like most of Scandinavia there was no air conditioning. The house cooled off with the windows open pretty quickly. The train was right there, but we found Uber prices into the main parts of Sweden to be less expensive and more convenient (less than 15 minutes to the palace). Maybe that is July. All in all we would recommend this home for a summer stay to visit Stockholm.

Great house close to the city!

Myself and a few friends stayed for about a week with plans for a concert and tourist stuff! The house was very nice and fully equipped with what we needed. The house was just a few minute walk to the train and only about 10 min to get the the city center! The house decently comfortable rooms and a beautiful yard with a deck to sit on. Only thing we ran into was the week we stayed was fairly warm in Sweden. The listing does say the house has central air but we confirmed it did not. We asked the host if there was a fan he said no but he went and brought us a fan later on that night! All in all we had a great stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your house :-)

Tolles Haus in einer tollen Lage

Wir haben dieses Haus gemietet, da wir als sechsköpfige Familie mit zwei Freunden Stockholm anschauen wollten. Das Haus war perfekt fĂŒr uns. GenĂŒgend SchlafrĂ€ume, genĂŒgend BĂ€der und alles da, was man braucht.Es ist fĂŒr uns etwas ungewohnt gewesen, in ein bewohntes Haus zu kommen, aber so haben wir auch das kennengelernt. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Auch die Kommunikation per Mail war hervorragend. Die Kinder liebten den Garten und haben viel draußen gespielt. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Idyllisch gelegen, viel GrĂŒn ringsum und auch Rehe waren mehrfach im Wohngebiet und sogar einmal im Garten unterwegs. Das die U-Bahn Station so nah ist und auch BĂ€cker und Restaurant ist ebenfalls richtig toll gewesen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder nach Stockholm möchten. Vielen Dank an die Familie, das wir in ihrem Haus wohnen durften!

Super netter und engagierter Vermieter!

Das Haus ist ein von der Familie privat genutztes Wohnhaus in dem gelebt und gewohnt wird. Ich fand das sympathisch und habe mich dort wohlgefĂŒhlt! Wer ein Hotel erwartet, ist dort eher falsch. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine "fehlende" Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb von vier!!! Stunden am Wochenende nachgeliefert, als wir ihm geschrieben haben. Die technische Ausstattung (KĂŒhlschrank mit EiswĂŒrfel- und Crushed-Ice-Maker, Backofen, Fernseher, Stereoanlage, Gb-Internet und WLAN, ...) ist erstklassig! Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt!

Authentisches Einfamilienhaus in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zur Innenstadt

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern (9,7,5,3 Jahre alt), in Summe also mit 6 Personen als GĂ€ste in diesem schönen Haus und haben die NĂ€he zur Innenstadt sehr genossen. Sehr ruhig, aber absolut schöne Wohngegend mit EinfamilienhĂ€usern in typischen Schweden-Stil. Der Garten samt Trampolin und Schaukeln war fĂŒr unsere Kinder optimal, sehr schöne Terrasse, KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer und Kinderzimmer samt Spielzeug. Absolut optimal und schön! Klasse auch die grandiose WaschkĂŒche im Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner! Absolut empfehlenswert - es hĂ€tte nicht schöner sein können.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Jerker qui est équipée de tout le nécessaire. A 3 minutes à pied du métro, vous serez en 10 minutes à la gare centrale et encore plus rapidement à Gamla Stan (quartier touristique et historique). Le quartier est trÚs calme et agréable avec toutes les facilités (supermarchés
). Jerker a toujours répondu trÚs rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour votre futur séjour à Stockholm !

Sehr schönes und gepflegt eingerichtetes Haus in einem ruhigen Quartier. Die U-Bahn-Station ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Stockholm. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Jerker. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Nice House

Nice house, just as advertised. The owner was very nice and helpful with making arrangements ahead if time and with details after we arrived. The house was clean and comfortable, close to the metro. The yard was nice. It was also in a nice neighborhood.

gemĂŒtlicher Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung nĂ€he U Bahn

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral nahe einer U Bahnstation.Es bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr eine Familie mit Kindern oder eine kleine Gruppe, da vier SchlafrĂ€ume vorhanden sind . Wir waren drei Paare und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Unser Vermieter Jerker war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Auch liegt ein kleiner Supermarkt in der NĂ€he des Hauses, in dem man zu normalen Preisen einkaufen gehen kann.Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier in diesem gemĂŒtlichen Haus auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.

Muy Buena casa de vacaciones

Hemos pasado siete dĂ­as, ocho personas en esta casa la semana de Nochevieja. Toda la gestiĂłn con Jerker ha sido llevada perfectamente y sin problemas. La casa absolutamente bien equipado y no nos falta nada, salvo mĂĄs espacio en los armarios. Al ser invierno se lleva mĂĄs ropa y mĂĄs voluminosa y el espacio que tenĂ­amos era escaso. Por lo demĂĄs , todo perfecto. Incluso un pequeño problema con la calefacciĂłn que llamando a Jerker se solucionĂł sin ningĂșn problema. Bien comunicada con el centro de Estocolmo y supermercados cercanos para aprovisionarse sin problemas. Y total tranquilidad en el vecindario. Por desgracia fuimos a Suecia a ver la nieve y nos tocĂł la semana del anticiclĂłn.... pero de eso Jerker no tiene la culpa :). Recomendada. Un saludo. THANK YOU, JERKER!!

Trevligt och bra hus i ett lugnt omrÄde, nÀra till allt :)

Vi var fyra vuxna som hade en semester vecka i Sthlm. Huset passade oss perfekt med belÀgenhet, max fem min. till tunnelbanan, som tar en snabbt till city eller vidare med buss till förorter. Huset Àr ett Àldre hus som var renoverat men "sjÀlen" i huset fanns kvar och det gillade vi, rummen var ljusa och trevliga och möjligheten för musik/radio pÄ badet var positivt för oss. Rymliga sovrum och plats till egna klÀder i byrÄ och garderob i de respektive rummen gjorde att man inte hade semester i en resvÀska vilket var bra. Thai restaurangen som var rÀtt i gÄngavstÄnd var bra och hade god thai mat och det Àr en mataffÀr precis bredvid som vi handlade det vi behövde. TrÀdgÄrden var stor och det fanns bÄde rabarber, hallon och vinbÀrs buskar som vi plockade och Ät av. Det var stÀdat och fint, inga onödiga saker som var framme och vi trivdes vÀldigt bra, dÄ vi hyrde det i en vecka gjorde att det blev rimligare pris Àn det var antytt per natt i annonsen och det var positivt. Vi har inga problem med att rekommendera huset, Àgaren var tillmötesgÄende och vi fick svar snabbt.
