Tennis & boules courts, heart shaped lake. All enjoying south facing terraced terrain overlooking the St Antonin valley and vineyards.
Built into the hillside and set over 3 floors the farmhouse has large beamed Living Room with stone fireplace. A cosy Snug/TV room with log burner. Generous beamed Dining Room. Well equipped Kitchen with Range Cooker. Utility Room. Cave. 5 double bedrooms ( 2 with 4 posters and 1 twin). 4 bathrooms (2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms).
Terraced olive grove with lavender bordered path leading down to Lake. Breakfast terrace shared by olive trees. Dining terrace shaded by Wisteria. Woodland walk leading to the tennis court. Parking for several vehicles.
