Perfekte Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Eigenschaften. Auf der Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick über den See. Sulzano ist ein traumhafter kleiner Ort, mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Auch ein Badestrand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Einzig der Geruchs- und Geräuschmässig allgegenwärtige Abzug des Restaurants stellt einen Kritikpunkt dar.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Iseosee und die Monte Isola

Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Iseosee und die Monte Isola. Morgens genießt man in der angenehmen Kühle des Schattens das Frühstück, abends wird man mit einem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang belohnt. Der Kfz-Parkplatz ist über eine sehr enge und sehr steile Straße zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist landestypisch einfach und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Direkt unterhalb der Terrasse befindet sich ein Restaurant der gehobenen Gastronomie mit mehreren Parkplätzen, das täglich ausgebucht ist (jeweils Mittags und Abends) und keine Ruhetage hat. Die dadurch vorhanden Geräuschkulisse hat uns nicht gestört, ist aber, nicht zuletzt wegen der Abluftanlage des Restaurants, allgegenwärtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, werden aber beim nächsten Aufenthalt eine größere Tube Salbe gegen die zahlreichen Insektenstiche einpacken. ;-)

Schöne Unterkunft mit leichten Einschränkungen

Die Anreise mit dem PKW hat dank der hilfreichen Wegbeschreibung von Luciana sehr gut geklappt. Man sollte wissen das die Unterkunft am Hang gelegen ist und die Zufahrtsstraße streckenweise sehr steil (>10%) ist. Auch für Fußgänger ist der Anstieg zur Unterkunft durchaus herausfordernd und man sollte auf jeden Fall gut zu Fuß sein. Da wir nicht selbst kochen sondern auswärts essen wollten war es perfekt das wir direkt über einer Trattoria gewohnt haben. Die Trattoria hatte während unseres Aufenthalts jeden Tag geöffnet und es herrschte von morgens bis abends reges Treiben inkl. Anlieferungen von Lebensmitteln etc. Unsere Terrasse lag direkt neben der Terrasse die von der Trattoria an einzelnen Abenden als Bar mit Lifemusik genutzt wurde. Und es gibt angrenzend an die Terrasse eine Lüftung aus der Küche des Restaurants, die während der Öffnungszeiten in Betrieb ist. Uns haben die vorgenannten Punkte absolut nicht gestört. Dennoch möchte ich diese Informationen für spätere Interessenten gerne weitergeben, da dies die erste Bewertung ist. Die Unterkunft war ansonsten sehr sauber und für unsere Zwecke ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Absolutes Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick, welche wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Luciana ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir bedanken uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal sehr herzlich.
