Villa Chiara is located in Pergine Valdarno near Arezzo. The House was built in the 1950's, and was designed by an architect influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright. It has been recently restored with modern comforts including air conditioning for a pleasant stay, even in the hottest months of summer.
The house is 220 sqm, almost entirely on one level. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace and adjacent dining room. A small studio, three double bedrooms, one single, and one large single. Three bathrooms and a large kitchen. This is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer and accessories including toaster, American coffee machine, or Italian coffee.
A den with another fireplace leads up to the second floor where one of the doubles, and the single share a bathroom.
Outside is a large covered terrace where you can eat alfresco, facing west, with long views (10km). The House is surrounded by a large garden completely fenced in, and is about 1.5 acres.
The swimming pool (10m x5m) has a saltwater system, and enjoys a beautiful view over the hills facing southwest.
Villa Chiara is located in a strategic area for those who want to visit the most important cities in Tuscany. It is about 50 Km to Florence, 15 Km to Arezzo and 45 Km for Siena.
Many other points of interest are within easy reach, either by car or on foot.
It is private, yet only a few minutes walking to the town of Pergine (about 300 m) .Here there is 1 small supermarket, a fruit and vegetable store, two bars, a butcher, pharmacy, post office, Bank and a restaurant / pizzeria .
