This prime location offers uninterrupted views down to the harbour and across the beautiful sandy beaches of Newquay.



The apartment is modern and well equipped offering light, open plan living areas and a spacious master bedroom. Each bedroom features a Hypnia Supreme Hybrid Mattress. The dining area has a large gloss-white, drop-leaf dining table, along with four folding chairs. The surfing hotspot, Fistral Beach, is right on the doorstop, boasting some of the finest surfing conditions in the UK.



Located next door to Harbour View is a popular pub which serves traditional pub food and offers a range of live entertainment during the evening.



Newquay town centre can be reached within a 15-minute walk and here you will find a bustling town bursting with shops, cafés and restaurants. Newquay also boasts an array of family attractions including Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium which make for great days. Newquay Golf Club is within ¼ mile of the property and no membership is required.

Really lovely stay at 1 Harbour View, very clean throughout and very well equipped. WiFi would occasionally drop out. I would recommend. Location is excellent for town centre and all beaches and the view is amazing, except as the apartment is situated on the ground floor, the view was constantly being blocked by cars and vans parking right outside the window! Even though it is next door to the Red Lion pub the noise was minimal, occasional car noise from cars driving down the road trying to find a parking space! A wonderful spacious apartment with a great location within walking distance of everything you need. Even the location of the parking space is a plus. The apartment has all the equipment that you will need and everything is in good condition so you have everything you need for your home from home. Due to the pandemic restrictions there are no staples that you might normally expect to have available so you do have to bring with you all the essentials. I would also recommend bringing cushions if you are able because the chair and sofa is a little uncomfortable without them, we multi-tasked pillows from the bedrooms which is a solution. The view over the harbour and Towan Beach is great. However the close proximity to the road and the short term parking spaces opposite which are used for take away collections, along with deliveries to the pub is the only minor drawback. However, you do get serenaded by your local busker who is a right character - Bonky you are a star. The owner and the management company are lovely and we found them very accommodating even during these trying times. We would definitely come again. Lovely property, very clean, contemporary and modern. Furniture and kitchen all excellent and as shown in the photographs. The bathroom is spacious, very clean and up to date, really pleasant. The only downside, which is completely out of the owner's control, is that the pub next door has music nights on until 11.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights but this can be tolerated when you know in advance. We were very happy here, it was a great location within easy walking distance to the beaches, town centre, shops and headland. You've never far away from a different restaurant every night! The apartment was really comfortable, we felt relaxed and happy here.

Beautifully furnished apartment that is centrally located. Brilliant for Fistral beach and all good seafood restaurants. Space is limited for 4 especially if you wanted to cook on any days. Drying towels from the beach is also a bit of an issue especially if damp outside. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

We stayed at this property last year, and were more than happy with it, so re-booked for this year. The location is good and The Red Lion next door serves good food. The view from the lounge and one of the bedrooms is fantastic, looking right over the harbour and beach. There was everything you could possibly need in the apartment for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
