This contemporary three-storey house is in the town of Newquay in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
16 Ocean Heights is a stylish, three-story townhouse ideally located for beach and walking holidays. It is only a five minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house can sleep six people in three bedrooms including one king-size with en-suite, one double and one twin, along with a bathroom. There is an long open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with new settees for the 2023 season, then leading out to the patio. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and a storage shed. There is off-road parking for two cars. 16 Ocean Heights is a newly built house in a perfect location for those wishing to explore Newquay, it is ideal for those wishing to try out the watersports offered in the area.
Amenities: Fridge/ freezer with 60% fridge and 40% freezer ratio, washer/dryer. TV with Freeview & a TV Movies package, Fast WiFi, PlayStation4. Selection of books, games,and DVDs. Gas central heating. Fuel and power inc. in rent.. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Storage shed for surfboards or golf/fishing equipment. Enclosed garden with patio to unwind and chat about the catch of the day or the day's surfing. Two well-behaved pets also very welcome. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Ideally located in a very quiet area just one road back from the seafront with a beach restaurant, but also with a local railway station so perfect for non drivers/walkers/day trips around the region. Newquay is on the South West Coast Path and the sustrans national cycle route 32 also runs through Newquay. Climbing and abseiling activities are in the area and of course being near the sea, there are also angling/fishing trips. Shop and pub 0.2 miles but other supermarkets/restaurants are also within 0.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 0.4 miles.

Cloakroom with basin and WC. Dining area and sitting area,. Open-plan living area with kitchen. Living area has new settees for the 2023 season. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine.
