Love this place! Very stylish space, great huge glass windows looking out in to the nice wooded area. Easy to get to hiking trails and super quick to get back and forth to all the great restaurants, galleries, and shops in Woodstock. Would love to come back again some time.

Beautiful property near Woodstock

A five minute drive from Woodstock, a very quiet property, well equipped with nice touches like a Delonghi espresso maker. Three comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, fast wifi, TV room, nature all around… we had a perfect time.

The perfect home for a serene fall getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home over the fall holiday. Fabulous spot

We stayed for 10 days - my husband and me joined by 3 adult children and 2 dogs for most of the time. The location was perfect - about a mile (walking distance) to town with woods and a stream running at the back of the property and a great fenced-in pool with lounge chairs. The house and furnishing themselves were charming - real mid-century modern - and it was helpful to have 2 living areas and a dining room. Although not updated, the kitchen and 2 bathrooms worked fine. And the house was very clean. We definitely would come again!

Big Windows and Woods

Our family stayed at this property for 6 weeks. We enjoyed its close proximity to Woodstock. The home has very large windows that overlook a wooded area with a stream. We often saw deer hanging by the stream (and one time we even saw a bear !). We very much enjoyed the lovely surroundings. The home also has an awesome, private pool. We loved the time we spent at this home.

My family enjoyed staying at this beautifully designed home. The saltwater pool was amazing! We also enjoyed sitting in the comfortable backyard with our coffee each morning. This house was close to the shops in Woodstock, but the landscaping provided a sense of tranquility. We found Robyn to be accessible and would be happy to return.

Beautiful and well appointed classic MCM home nestled in Overlook Mountain foothills yet close to town. We enjoyed the natural setting of the Catskills - on property we saw White-Throated Sparrows, Northern Flickers, White Tailed Dear, Eastern Cottontails, Eastern Chipmunks. We also appreciated the convenience and charm of nearby Woodstock town center with nice food and shopping options. Robyn is gracious and helpful host and was responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Mid Century Gem

We loved our low key time at Robyn's place, the house has so much great character with all the windows and nature looking in it really is peaceful. Thought it was decorated so tastefully as well with the corresponding mid century/contemporary furniture that was really comfortable for our family. Located just a short drive to Woodstock with all the wonderful restaurants and shops. Robyn was also super accommodating and responsive, overall would love to come back!

Good Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying in Woodstock. The property is beautiful, and you can enjoy it inside or outside, with the amazing windows and many patios! The location is great--very close to Woodstock and easy to get to neighboring areas as well. There are hiking trails near enough that you can start from the house. Checking in and out was super easy.

Overall, we loved the home. Especially the TV room. For the money that we paid, I did expect the bathrooms to be a little more up to date than they were but in fairness, the photo of the gray and pink bathroom was pretty accurate. Overall,, we enjoyed our short stay there just thought the price was a little high for this home.
