LA REGALADE

La Regalade is an ancient 300 year old barn which has been renovated to make a lovely holiday home. It is located directly below the medieval castle of MOSSET one of the most picturesque villages in France. Mosset lies half way between the sea and the mountains within the Parc Naturel Regional des Pyrénées Catalanes.

Accommodation – sleeps 4

Ground Floor: a large, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer…) with dining area.
Hall with access to bathroom equipped with washing machine, a separate WC.
Bedroom with double bed. The Afdekmatras on the bed is perfect for people with back problems. Views over the valley.

First floor: a large living room with sitting area, TV (satellite), DVD player, radio, a separate work area, with windows on three sides. Also a balcony overlooking the river valley and the Canigou mountain.

A second bedroom with twin beds, views over the valley.

The house is equipped with electric heating and a woodburning (chips) stove.
The Wifi is free.

Parking is 30 meters from the house.
There is a restaurant and shops in the village. The supermarkets are in Prades (15 mn).

Beautiful Mosset

Characterful, spacious house, wonderful views of Canigou and the valley. Very helpful shop keepers and delightful little cafe - as we travelled by train and bus this was very useful. Very good walks from the village. Wonderful bird-life

A beautiful spot

Mosset is a highly picturesque hill town in the Pyrenees and the house is very well located with stunning views of mount Canigo and the valley. The house is cute and quaint with quite good facilities but is let down a little bit by flaking stone floors and somewhat rough finish. But a unique location and friendly helpful hosts

Le plancher de l'étage craque tellement qu'il est impossible de marcher pour descendre, par exemple aux toilettes, sans réveiller la maisonnée. la salle d'eau est très vétuste (joints de la baignoire) Minuscule balcon à l'étage alors qu'on croyait avoir un balcon où on pourrait prendre les repas. Pas de climatisation (on le savait) et en période de canicule , la chaleur était insupportable.Accueil très sympathique sur place.

La montagne

Village atypique collé à la montagne avec une vue à couper le souffle. Gite agreable.Nous avons passé un bon moment. Beaucoup de belles choses à voir dans les environs (châteaux, grottes et le fameux petit train jaune)on ne peut pas s'ennuyer . La propritaire nous a gâté avec une tres bonne confiture à l'orange faite maison.

Gite et accueil fantastiques !

Tout a été parfait pour notre séjour de deux semaines dans le gite d'Anne-Marie. Un très chouette accueil de Françoise qui fait également de très intéressantes visites du village ! Le gîte est très confortable et très propre. Draps et lots de serviettes de toilette fournis pour un séjour de confort. La vue est magnifique. Le petit balcon très agréable pour en profiter un maximum. Et ce dans un village très sympatique, du bistrot aux habitants ! Je recommande vivement cet hébergement proposé par Anne-Marie !

Bon séjour, accueil agréable grâce à Mme Majorel et merci aux habitants qui nous ont aidés à sortir la voiture d'une rue étroite à l'arrivée. Apporter précisions sur les conditions d'accès au gîte, difficile avec la voiture.
