Perfect for large parties, the dining room seats 16 and overlooks the brilliant hues of blue in the sea; beautiful granite countertops seat ten. Separated by a bar, the living room and family room have large, comfortable couches; the family room also has a television. Overlooking the splendid view of the waterfront pool and sea against a backdrop of beautiful sky, two spacious balconies are connected to two humongous master suites.

This stunning villa marries all modern amenities with traditional Mayan flair, with Mexican tiles everywhere. Encompassing all the modern conveniences, each bedroom has privately-controlled air conditioning and spacious bathrooms. This waterfront villa is the embodiment of luxury for a relaxing vacation. The only thing between guests and the ocean is a beautiful pool, where guests may relax and enjoy the scenery. With a full-time maid, this villa is ideal for full relaxation. Stocked with movies, games, and books, this is a child-friendly environment. Additionally, all linens and towels are top quality 100% cotton.

Amazing Family Getaway!

Puerto Aventuras never disappoints but this house was everything we could have hoped for and more. Gigi and Jan were responsive and helpful and stocked the house with all you need for a perfect vacation. Their staff stay on top of everything so you feel relaxed and well cared for. The house is within walking distance of everything PA has to offer but still on a quiet street with the most beautiful view we will never forget. Cannot wait to return!

We had the best time staying at this property! Plenty of space for us all and the views were incredible! Everything from the moment we arrived was just what we needed and more. Vicki and Mary were the best caretakers and they helped us with anything! The little community felt safe and it was so nice to have stores and restaurants in walking distance. A gem for sure!

Family trip to last a lifetime!

Our family stayed here and it was just perfect! 6 bedrooms with 6 attached bathrooms was such a treat and made the trip go even more smoothly! The entire house is gorgeous! The outside is a definite oasis! Everything you need is right in Puerto Aventuras! Two beach options are a walk or short golf cart ride away! Gigi has contacts for a fabulous chef and Vickie, the house manager, also made an amazing meal! We’d highly recommend! Oh and Gigi was so communicative and super helpful!!

Fabulous & Perfection!

7 adults and 6 kids (aged 1-6) had an epic week here! The house is perfection, with supremely comfy beds and very clean. The pool is a delight, the outdoor space expansive and comfy. The ocean breezes and sounds of waves at night were glorious!! Best of all, the 2 housekeepers are kind and keep the place sparkling. The owner is communicative and kind. We hired a chef for half our nights which was indulgent and delicious. The kids had an absolute blast sleeping in the bunk room and splashing in the pool all day long. We will be back!!

This gorgeous home with 6 full master suites is located in one of the best areas of Puerto Aventuras. It is modern, fully up to date on Wifi, air conditioning & appliances. Art work is terrific & outside area the best for relaxing.Huge grocery is $7.00 cab ride away. We rented golf carts to use inside the gated village, which has grown massively since last there 20 years ago. Housekeepers Vickie & Maura took care of our every need, yet not intrusive. Our family thanks you.

Spectacular Experience

My sister and I arranged to have 2 group of friends come down for vacation and Jan/Gigi's place was the perfect spot for our getaway's. The location is extremely safe in a gated community. We felt very taken care of by the housekeeping staff, and Gigi recommended a chef to cook our meals which was an absolute dream. The food was diverse and delicious, plus met our needs. All of this on top of the best part, Jan/Gigi were extremely hospitable, kind and generous with allowing for special requests of early checkin and out. Communication was timely and stellar. We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay at CasaLasGarzas was magical!

The house is big and beautiful with a pool right on the ocean. Everyone was delighted with their accommodations. Each bedroom had its own full bath which was a treat. The house was perfect for indoor and outdoor enjoyment. Games, books, reading on the terrace, swimming in the pool. We had several age groups and everyone had a fantastic time doing whatever appealed to them. We had Tina cook 3 dinners for us which were delicious. Vicky, the housekeeper, cleaned the house and made our beds daily. She was delightful. The gated community of Puerto Aventuras was very safe. The younger ones would go out for smoothies, ice cream and play toss with the porpoises in the lagoon. I can't imagine a better venue for a large gathering of friends and/or family! It was a magical birthday celebration!!

Family of 15 annual vacation

Older home in nice area on the water (no beach just rocky). Layout nice for our 3 generation family. As with many older rentals you can expect some issues, in our case broken toilet and kitchen sink. Gigi was quick to respond about any issues. Vickie the house “lady” was terrific and a great cook as she made dinner for us one night. Vickie speaks no English and there was no house manual so local information and house rules, amenities, local spots, housekeeping schedules, holidays, etc we were on our own or asking Gigi. Pool was a big hit with our family. Gigi recommended Tina for a catered meal and we were very disappointed. Basically Tina delivered a meal she prepared elsewhere (no cleanup etc). And it was ordinary and more than double the price of going to to Colata restaurant nearby the house.

Relax and kick off your shoes

Casa las Garzas is a relaxing, well equipped and beautifully furnished home. There is everything you need to spend an entire day relaxing in the pool, snorkeling right off the rocky beach beyond the pool and walking into Puerto Aventuras village for dinner or karaoke night which is exactly what my group of ladies did one day. If you rent a car, you can visit all the local attractions and head to Playa del Carmen for a great dinner and shopping and people watching. The owners have everything you need: snorkel equipment, lots of towels, bottled water, daily maid service and a fabulous ocean view. Six privately situated bedrooms & bathrooms await you. Leave the sliding glass doors open for the sound of waves & ocean breezes at night. Or if it is too hot, turn on the AC located in each bedroom. A large grocery store is nearby. It is a truly relaxing paradise.

Family Group for Spring Break

Our group of 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids) enjoyed the house for our week long spring break vacation - the house was fantastic and the host and support staff could not have been more helpful. The location in Puerto Aventuras offered great activities within walking distance as well as close (enough) proximity to adventures such as Tulum, Chichen Itza, etc. The property is ocean front (though not beach front), which actually worked out better for our group as the kids used the pool from 7 am everyday and it was much easier to manage kids swimming in a pool early in the am vice an ocean. The host recommended a great beach club just one town down that we spent an entire day at. I would recommend renting cars, we rented two minivans from a local company, and that proved just enough for us to get around town and out to nearby sites. The host also recommends a local chef who cooked us homemade dinner three nights during our stay which was definitely some of the best food we had during our trip. Each bedroom has an AC unit which was plenty of cooling for us, as we opened the rest of the house up during the day to enjoy the breeze off the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect getaway for our family vacation.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly laid out for a large group, comfortable beds and furniture, and beautifully decorated. We knew we'd love it based on the reviews and photos, but until you arrive and walk through the front door you don't realize how truly breathtaking it is. The house is equipped with everything you need, but one of its biggest assets is Vicky, the housekeeper. I wish I could have taken her home with us! This was our first time to Puerto Aventures and it really is the perfect location. Safe, loads of restaurants, close to various adventures, etc. We had a car delivered on our first night and highly recommend that so you have the luxury of venturing out of PA as well. We snorkeled the reef in Puerto Moreles, swam with the turtles in Akumal, visited numerous centotes, and chartered a deep sea fishing boat. We also hired the cook GiGi recommended for a few dinners, Tina, and it was so nice coming home from a day of adventures not having to worry about dinner. The kids could play in the pool and we could relax with a drink while wonderful smells were coming from the kitchen along with the fabulous warm ocean breeze that blows through the house. And that view, amazing! Already missing this magical place!!

Great Family Memories!

We just spent 8 nights at this lovely vacation home located in the safe-gated community of Puerto Aventuras. When we arrived in the evening after a long travel day, we were welcomed by Vicky, the housekeeper and freshly prepared fruit, salsa, quesadillas and guacamole. We were travelling as a 3 generational family, and we were impressed how this home fit us all and yet never felt crowded. One great asset was the large dining table which seated all 13 of us comfortably. There’s plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen for eating and preparing your own food. With six bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and AC, it made sleeping comfortable and spacious. And each morning Vicky and Mairi quietly and inconspicuously made beds, cleaned bathrooms and refreshed towels. What a treat!We ate most dinners in town as there are so many different restaurant options within walking distance. We did drive to the grocery store just outside the community gate to purchase any food and drinks that we needed for our stay. The store has everything that you need. We also visited the market in the town centre on Saturday and Wednesday.The pool was a great asset. It was used daily, especially by the grandchildren. On calmer days, using the water shoes that were provided, we were able to snorkel in the ocean right in front of our home. Amazing!Gigi was so responsive to our questions. Great to work with. We hope to return!

Beautiful property in a safe gated community

This place is more beautiful in person the pictures don't do it justice. The owners were very communicative and helpful, answering every question with detail in an expedited manner. They helped us make arrangements for transfers to and from the airport and also provided us with recommendations for a chef to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The property is located right on the water but it's really rocky and rough immediately out front of the house. The view is spectacular. We took a short walk alone by the water to a swimmable beach. The gated community is so safe. The driver who drove us said that it was one of the safest communities in Quintana Roo. My son swam with the dolphins, he did the picture package that includes the manatee and seal pictures too. You get a CD of the pictures plus one print but the resolution is amazing and it was so reasonably priced around $250. The house itself is so well appointed. There's Netflix on the TV, but we didn't really have time for TV. There's bottled water available all the time. The hosts filled a fridge with snacks and beer for our arrival. There's one bedroom upstairs with 4 full size beds and it's own bathroom, 4 of us stayed together here because the room was so huge and the views so beautiful. The other huge room has one big bed and its own bathroom. Across the hallway are 2 more bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a queen, I think they each had their own bathrooms too. There are 2 more huge bedrooms at ground level. We didn't even occupy 2 of the rooms. The maid was so nice, she was constantly tidying up and even brought us some tacos on her day off. Having her there was a real treat. One word of caution, you may not flush any paper down the toilet. It was something unusual for us, we brought disposable doggie bags to use for the TP. Also not all rooms have AC. All in all a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back here again.

We had the most wonderful time here!Gigi is an amazing host, she is responsive and really put the entire experience over the top. From local referrals to any silly little question we had, they were on it!The home is stunning, the photos do not do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend for large groups and kiddos. We cannot say enough good things about our stay, 5 stars are not enough!

Awesome extended family getaway

This was our first trip to Mexico so I was a bit nervous about navigating safely without being in a resort (we like the freedom of a house). We rented a large van at Cancun airport and was an easy drive to Puertas aventuras. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, the pool awesome and well kept. We expected to have more people so the house was probably too big for our party of 8 … but was amazingly comfortable. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The town (more like a little gated city) had small shops and we had an awesome dinner that we could walk to (Caleta). We took day trips to cenotes, Tulum archaeological zone, city of Tulum, a water park - all within less than an hour. But I could have just hung out at the house every day! We are not used to having daily cleaning person, but Vickie was very sweet and helpful without being intrusive. She picked up tamales and empanadas for us one morning. Would definitely stay here again … even would be very comfortable with 4 additional people or more! Gigi was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with questions. Bonus - Everything was pretty quiet, probably before Christmas rush.

Mexico family vacation

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful view in the back. There was more than enough room for twelve of us with everything we needed supplied. Vicky, the maid spoiled us by coming everyday to clean and change bedsheets. She also cooked dinner for us one evening. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as nice beaches. The community is comfortable to walk in and it is easy to set up for tours outside of Puerto Aventuras. There has been much care and detail put in this house to make it feel like home for our stay. Thank you for help making this a very nice vacation.

Perfect, beautiful house, pool and location. Private yet 5 minute walk to restaurants, small shops, small private beach and the Swim with the Dolphins. Daily maid service. Hidden Gem 1h south of Cancun

Amazing oceanfront property in a gated community with a well sized pool, amazing views and a fantastic living area for a large group. We had lots of fun in the pool, in the community beach (3 min drive or 12 min walk from the house) and were very well assisted by Vickie (the house maid). Gigi (the owner) was great too, shared multiple local tips in advance and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!

There are not enough words to express how great this vacation home suited our trip. With our family and friends, we had 12 guests (all over 18). Nightly dips in the pool were a fan favorite…along with the huge beautiful table where we gathered around for meals that we prairies in the awesomely stocked kitchen. The closet is packed with games and there was even a kit in my bedroom closet. Of course Puerto Adventures is a spectacular community with a ton of restaurants and shops to check out too. During our trip, two of my daughters swam with dolphins at the dolphin discovery, the 6 guys in the group took a fishing trip and came back with more fish than we could eat (we gave some to Vicki too), the ladies took a snorkel/paddle board tour, and one couple did an extra snorkel/swim with turtles tour…all booked within the community. Short walk to the grocery store made a big impact on our trip. We rented golf carts, drove to the gate and parked them off to the right then walked across the shaky bridge to the store. Caught a taxi back since we had quite a bit of groceries and we were set! In full transparency I’ve never had a housekeeper before. Vicki was amazing. I was able to use a translator app and communicate extremely well. It was so great having her there helping us and answering my random questions. Owners were very helpful during booking and throughout my experience. They were highly responsive if I had any questions at all. There is also a concierge doctor that we called when I got a terrible rash. He came to the villa and treated me within 15 mins of my call and Charged a pretty small fee for the service (saved my vacation experience for sure). I found the number in a magnet on the fridge. We will most definitely come back! I’ve already shared the property with my soon-to-be in-laws (my oldest daughter got engaged in this trip!).

This house was amazing! Clean, spacious, with lots of areas to play games, talk, cook, eat. Back patio was perfect for hanging out, swimming and lets of area for dining as well. We loved the little town...walked to restaurants, Tennis courts, and the Dolphin area! The grocery store is less than 5 min away. Hosts were very attentive, answered questions and gave some great recommendations. Property was cleaned daily by a couple of very helpful and sweet ladies that were able to help us out with a few delicious meals as well. Our group of 16 fit perfectly in this home. We traveled with friends and family and we were very comfortable and never felt crowded. We hope to return to this property often. Thank you Jan and Gigi for a great place to stay!!

Fabulous place! It was very spacious, comfortable and we all enjoyed the collection of Mexican arts.

This house was walkable to good restaurants and shopping and a short drive to beach and cenotes where our teenagers had a blast jumping off rock cliffs.
