This lovely spacious Mexican Colonial-style Villa has a wonderful atmosphere of both old and new. You are welcomed with a lovely and elegant rod iron gated entrance and a front courtyard with a romantic and soothing water fountain. In the courtyard there is a separate building that houses two large, private bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms. As you walk into this lovely Villa you have a lovely view of the private back yard pool, deck area and tropical garden heading out to the golf course. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful wooden cabinetry, a work island, a lunch bar with bar stools and all having beautiful granite top countertops. The kitchen is open to the dining room which gives you a panoramic view of your own private back yard paradise.The gorgeous wooden dining room table is ready for you and your traveling guests to sit around. The living room adjacent to the dining room, has lots of built-in seating couches around the room for everyone. This is terrific area for visiting and planning your next attraction or relaxing and watching some TV. The main floor has one bedroom with a King size bed. It has a small balcony facing the courtyard. There is a full bathroom on the main floor with a shower. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms with attached ensuite marble bathrooms. One bathroom has a jetted tub while another one has a shower with 2 rainforest shower heads. All Bedrooms are beautiful, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, private balconies, air conditioning, TVs and large closet space.

The outside of this property is very well maintained with beautiful green vegetation, all around you and many flowering plants. The front yard has an enclosed courtyard where there is a lovely water fountain. There is a lovely pathway along side of the villa so you can easily get from the front courtyard to the backyard without going through the Villa. The backyard is well equipped with a wet bar, an outdoor shower, 2-level swimming pool, lots of comfortable lounge chairs and a lovely covered area for outdoor dining and lounging. There is a lovely view of the golf course from the backyard. This is a wonderful area for kids and adults alike to enjoy the amazing good weather of the Mexican Caribbean area and enjoy swimming in the pool.
You don't even have to leave this property to have a wonderful time.

This property comes with a maid and a pool man/gardener to help make your stay as stress-free and relaxing as possible. The Villa Manager/owner lives right next door so if there are any problems, he is very easy to get ahold of.

You can order someone to come in and give massages, pedicures and manicures right in your villa or around the pool.

The Villa has a terrific location in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Everything is in walking distance from the Villa. The beautiful beaches, the busy and very popular Puerto Aventuras Marina where there is every kind of boat, yacht or catamaran which can take you fishing, snorkeling, diving or just crusing, the center of town where all the shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, delis and speciality shops are and the Dolphin Discovery Center where you can swim and/or interact with the dolphins, sea lions and manatees.

Puerto Aventuras is a very safe, 24 hour gated marina community. It is a beautiful area and the perfect spot for exploring the Maya Riviera as it is located basically in the middle of everything you will want to see and experience. The Villa is close to a wide variety of cenotes, theme parks, eco parks, horse back riding, ATV rides, jungle tours, ruins, beach clubs and much more. In Puerto Aventuras the Villa is located right beside the Hole One Green of the 9 hole golf course, you are less than a 5 minute walk to the tennis courts and racket ball courts, a short 8 minute walk to a skate board park. The marina is only a 5 minute walk away and the gorgeous swimming beaches are also a short 8 - 10 minute walk away from the Villa's front door. You can rent golf carts, scooters, and bikes in the center of the village and at the beach you can rent wave runners, kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy fun in the ocean.
