The property consists of a two-bedroom main house and a detached guesthouse with and lower and upper-level studio unit located in the gated tropical garden for a total of 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main house living area, bedrooms, and studios have A/C. The setup is perfect for four couples or a family of 8 with older children who can sleep on a different floor or in the detached studios independently from their parents.

The villa is located in the residential and security-gated community of South Akumal Beach. The beach is perfect for snorkeling and sea kayaking. Due to the proximity of the inshore coral reef, the beach entry can be a bit rocky in places, so water shoes are recommended.

Casa Chaca's main house has a large living area with WIFI, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, a full kitchen and dining area for 6 with a beachside terrace, and an outdoor shower with four kayaks.

- The main level bedroom has a queen bed, writing desk, ensuite bath, bathtub, and shower.
- The entire upper level consists of the master suite with a king bed and a large separate bath with a huge bathtub, shower, and private terrace.

Company trip

We brought a group from our company. The house was comfortable and clean. The couple that came everyday to clean. Did an amazing job. Everyday the house was cleaned immaculately, the exterior was cleaned and organized. Even the sand was groomed everyday. The house manager was a huge help on things to do and places to go. The view from the house was breathtaking. Coffee on the balconies in the morning was perfect. I would stay here a thousand times and it would never get old. Akumal bay is beautiful. Snokeling right outside the house off the beach was the best. Lots of reef life, beatiful fish, and clear water. I cannot say enough about this place. The town of Akumal was cute. Go early in the morning ready for breakfast.

Great Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was 6 nights. 8 people comfortably were accomodated. The casita was great as it is a separate house that our parents were able to stay in for additional privacy. Pool was perfect size for our 10 and 13 year old. Great snorkeling, nice kitchen and amenities. The only downside is there is not any restaurants in walking distance for older people. The younger people in our group walked to 2 beachside bar/casual dining but really you need to drive for a meal. The house was in a gated community and we felt very safe. We saw beach patrols regularly.

Wonderful quiet vacation house!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is great! Everything you need is there, and if not, the staff will help you get whatever you need or desire. Management, maintenance and housekeeping staff are wonderful! Had the maintenance man (Jaime) and his wife cook for us two evenings. The food was wonderful! Had a company come in and do massages that were fantastic! Great vacation place!
