Jade Bay classic beachfront villa with pool, AC and WiFi!

Villa Palmeras is a wonderful two story beachfront villa located on the white sandy beach at Jade Bay. Being one of the first villas built in this modern community, it boasts a prime location, privacy and absolute tranquility, making it a great strategic point to explore the wonders of Riviera Maya. The villa has 4 ocean facing bedrooms, of which two are upstairs and two are on the ground floor. Three of these are furnished with king beds and the fourth has a queen sized bed plus one single bed. They each have their own ensuite bathroom, air conditioning plus sliders out onto the ocean view terraces.

On the main level is a large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with sliding doors leading to the pool side and the beach beyond. On the first level there is an interior balcony looking over the living area, a wet bar with it's own bathroom, and another great terrace looking out over the exterior of the property. Up one more level will take you to the fabulous roof terrace with breath taking views over the bay and the Caribbean Sea. The perfect place for watching incredible sunrises and sunsets and also for star gazing.

Palmeras is beautiful constructed with domed arch ceilings and white pillars. Truly a lovely home, it brings together the colors, warmth and relaxing atmosphere of the Caribbean. Light, airy rooms, polished furniture made from local woods and the sky and sea-blue accents throughout the house, remind you to slow down and savor the heart-warming feeling of being on vacation.

A full array of amenities includes a gas grill, kayaks, and satellite TV; making Villa Palmeras a perfect choice for a tropical vacation with all the conveniences of home and then some. Plus, now you can enjoy a number of premium services, all included in the cost of your rental.

Villa Palmeras was amazing! The house is beautiful. We were so surprised to have Patty there making breakfast and cleaning for us. She even cleaned our disgusting teenagers rooms, even though we insisted that she didn’t have to!! She and Naery made a magical stay beyond compare. We only wish we had been there when some of the many turtle nests surround the property began to hatch. We will be back!

Patty and Nery made our stay very enjoyable meeting all our needs. The Villa was in great shape, clean and spacious. We had 8 guests (4 adults and 4 teen children) and it was perfect with the pool, ocean and air conditioned bed rooms.

The pool was the biggest hit for our 3 kids and we loved the grill in the back also.Pati & Neri were AMAZING, and made the whole stay even better- they felt like family members and we were so sad to leave them.We loved looking for turtles and walking along the beach.We took day trips to Chichen Itzá and Playa.Would definitely recommend a rental car to be able to explore the area and go shopping.The property is lush and private and exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we are already planning a return trip next year.

Perfect Vacation

Stayed one week and couldn't have asked for a better trip. House was perfect. My family of four was able to spread out, enjoy the pool and cook meals. There's a nice beach about a 15 minute walk, but I would suggest driving. If you have lunch as Lo Ha, parking is free. I would definitely stay at this house again, it's way better than being at an overcrowded resort.

Amazing!

The house was just as the pictures showed! Absolutely perfect vacation. Kids had a blast and loved having the pool and the beach right there to look for shells. Took the kayaks out and water was crystal clear. Zero complaints and highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation that’s away from the noise but close enough to everything you could want.

Anything you asked for was done immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc and all the condiments you need to prepare meals. The restaurant next door is very good and convenient and we also enjoyed the restaurants in Akumal Beach. Make sure to go snorkeling in the bay and see the sea turtles - a highlight of the trip!

Beautiful location & home!

Could not have been happier with everything from kitchen to bedroom suites, from garden setting and amazing views to the beach and turtles hatching on the beach. We learned so much about the turtle preservation and non-profit. The custodians of the home, Patty and Neri, were very helpful and our continental breakfast by Patty was great. We also had her cook a full breakfast for us. Everything could not have been more perfect and us 3 couples felt we’d hit the jackpot staying here and hope to come back.

Just be aware that the house itself does not have A/C, so it was a bit warm in June. The bedrooms each have an individual unit, so we slept well.

Most amazing house and area. Pati and Neri are the best. Tons of animals life around the backyard and nesting turtles right outside the house beach area. Book this house you won't be disappointed!!! Only thing that could make this house better would be an upgraded fridge there was no way it could hold food for 7 people let alone keep it cold in that humid environment. Thankful for the cooler provided for our stay. Best vacation ever didn't wanna leave that perfect view. thanks for having us.

The location is quiet and private while still being close enough to activities. House staff Paty and Neri are delightful and helpful. The house's location directly on the beach with a pool is unbeatable. The beachfront restaurant just on the other side of the green space was a wonderful surprise. En suite bathrooms for each room are a huge plus. We can't imagine a better place to stay for our annual vacation and are seriously considering a return!

Poorly Maintained Property

We were extremely disappointed in this property. It has NOT been well maintained with rusting fixtures, ill-fitted door and window screens, burnt out light bulbs, tons of bugs, lots of seaweed and a very rocky beach which makes it near impossible to snorkel. The only thing we liked was the very friendly, competent staff of Pati and Nery.

Grounds and pool are tended to every day by Neri, and each morning, Paty came to provide housekeeping service and make us breakfast. It's next door to a very good beach restaurant, a 15 minute walk along the beach to Akumal Village, and a short drive to the Village. Kayaks were super fun, and the pool and covered patio were a great way to end the day after ATV adventures, Coba, snorkeling, Yal-ku, etc. Concierge promptly answers questions and can provide information on activities.

Perfect. Paradise

This is a wonderful house for a big family of 10. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen essentials, beach and pool toys, towels, tanning oils, etc. The daily breakfast and room cleaning service was a welcome surprise, her and the groundskeeper were very friendly. We visited the Chichen Ruins, Cenote Santa Cruz, and The Monkey sanctuary. All were great fun, especially the caves (such a memorable experience). We rented two vehicles from the airport, which worked out perfectly. Jungle Fish right next door was our favorite restaurant. I would stick to the suggestions in the welcome book, it was hard to find a nice restaurant not in a resort. The house was clean, the only issue was a few ants but there was insect killer in the house. I would highly suggest to bring swim shoes (the beach is a little rocky) and LOTS of bug spray. Highly recommend!!!
