A clear and simple house to live in, for holidays between sea and mountains. Ideally located, you are 10 minutes from a lake lifeguard, 20 minutes from the beaches and walks or mountain walks can be done half an hour of Pollestres. Three bicycles are included in the rent to discover the paths between the vineyards surrounding the village is situated on the wine route. It remains in the garden lined with oleanders, quiet, with the Albères and the Canigou in the background. Perpignan center is 15 minutes. All shops and amenities are nearby. Possibility to park a vehicle in the yard.
