Beautiful apartment in a new residence on the ground floor (garden) very well equipped.
He is always pleased by his calm and his layout.
There is a kitchenette with a kitchenette; a living area with a sofa bed, a table with 4 chairs; a nice room with a big cupboard and a big room of water with a shower, a washing machine and a TOILET.
It is ideally located in a seaside resort (marina) near all the beautiful sights of the Côte de Granit Rose, 800m from the sea (beaches, hiking trails, fishing, sailing ...) and all the shops.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
WE rental possible.
Beyond 3 people, I take extra € 5 / night.

Randonnées sur GR34 par beau temps, vues et paysages superbes. Perros Guirec , Ploumanac , Île Grande , pointe Bihit , vallée de Traouir . Virée en vélos électriques ( Lannion et Ber plage sympa).

Appartement agréable, propre et bien équipé avec l'avantage de disposer d'une belle terrasse et d'un jardin. Très bien situé pour visiter la Côte de Granit Rose (Trébeurden, Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, Trégastel, Paimpol...), proche des plages et des commerces. Propriétaire réactif et agréable.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit, das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, die Ausstattung ist modern, Man hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Garten zum draußen sitzen. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Bett, was für zwei Personen deutlich zu klein ist. Auf dem Schlafsofa kann man als erwachsener wirklich nicht schlafen, da es maximal unbequem ist und durch gelegen/durch gesessen. Es wäre maximal geeignet für zwei kleine Kinder, aber niemals als Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei Erwachsene. Das Apartment vom Platz her ist ideal geeignet für zwei Erwachsene.
