Entire apartment of about 65 square meters

The apartment is part of a three-storied building, situated on the second floor, no elevator.
Entrance in the hall, with a kitchen, a three-seater sofa, table with chairs and 48-inch TV. Two bedrooms: one king bed, where you can add an extra folding bed, a 6-door wardrobe, a dresser and two bedside tables. The other bedroom room is medium size, with bunk bed and built-in wardrobe, a desk and a bookcase. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower and a washing machine.

The apartment is part of a three-storey building in a small street in Livorno with little traffic and therefore with little outside noise.
During check in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax of 2 Euros per night per person (for a maximum of 5 nights, those in addition are not considered); exemption for children under age 14.
Also, upon arrival, guests must sign a contract relating to their stay which is required by Italian law, you can find a facsimile among the photos of the apartment.

The train station is about 5 minutes by car from the apartment, while a drive from the Pisa airport takes about 20 minutes. The port is about 6 minutes by car from the apartment
