Convenient and Large

This was a great property and we very much enjoyed staying here. The owner was available by phone and easy to communicate with. We recommend.

A Very Pleasant Stay in Livorno

The house was beautiful and spacious which we enjoyed even for us 2. My husband and I both had our own bathrooms. It was very convenient to get anywhere in the city or around it. Stafano and his sons were excellent hosts. We would stay there again,

Beautiful apartment in Livorno

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The apartment is large with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, separate dining area, an office, laundry room and large kitchen. The ocean is walking distance. Barrachina Bianca is a lovely cafe for coffee and is about 1/2 mile north of the property on Viale Italia. Wonderful host who is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Spacious Older Apartment

Good location, very spacious apartment with easy access to close by restaurants and attractions. Stephan was very helpful on check-in. A/C was a little hard to operate and the stairs are quite a challenge, especially dragging luggage upstairs. Parking on street was close. Older building and furnishings but comfortable.
